This salon is on the lower level of a salon upstairs and has been done up and set out really nice. I was relaxed for the entire facial and I found the therapist knowledgable and thorough. It was also easy to find. I would recommend facials here.

The room was dark and not very well lit, so I think my poor therapist struggled quite a bit to see my hair properly. However, she was very patient and calm, and I thought she did a really good job.

The location is convenient, as it's just off of Oxford St. The salon itself is ok: it's a hair salon upstairs and the treatment room is in the basement.
The waxing was fine and the therapist was chatty, which is always a nice thing to distract from the pain of waxing! A few patches were missed on my legs, but the hairs are fine so I wasn't too disappointed. A swift and reasonable wax, which was good value via Wahanda.

Good location, great salon clean, convenient and professional. The therapist was lovely, seen bang on time and provided a good quick service. Would recommend for a lunchtime appointment as very quick!

The deep tissue massage was excellent and I felt really relaxed afterwards. the staff was proffessional and helpful. The salon is clean, but had the toilet outside which was a bit strange.

The massage was very good but the salon leaves a bit to be desired - if you want to use a toilet, you have to go outside and up some stairs next door!

Went to Twenty8 Hair & Beauty in Soho, central location. It was easy to make an appointment for whenever suited. When I arrived the receptionist was friendly and showed me to the room. Nice atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming. Treatment room was clean. Therapist made me feel very comfortable. I had waxing treatment, full legs and underarms. Therapist waxed super quick and pain free. Would defiantly go back.

The venue was easy to find and it appears the therapist was waiting for me to arrive. As soon as I arrived I was whisked into the treatment room which is at the basement. The venue was clean, quiet and a very cool ambience. The therapist was polite, and clear with what she was doing. The treatment felt amazing and I dozed off whilst having my treatment.I did not feel rushed even after my treatment which made me feel special. The rest of the staff in the salon were equally polite. I would definitely visit again.

I don't normally give bad reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this place. It is not awful and I am sure there are many places worse out there, but in general, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
The venue itself isn't great. Good location just off Oxford Street, but it is in the basement of a hairdressers salon - but it is not clearly signed at all. I walked past about 3 times before finally going into ask where the place was!
The therapist was very good at giving the actual treatment (I had a massage) but the customer service was really lacking from her - I was 10 minutes late to the appointment as I finished work late (and couldn't find the venue!!), and I noticed she only gave me exactly 50 minutes of treatment time. This is fair enough, but I was the last appointment and noone else was waiting. After she finished the treatment, I wasn't offered a glass of water - I had to request this - but then she left me to get ready and literally disappeared. I waited for a bit in the room, then went to look for her, then made my own way out through the hairdressers with everyone staring at me oddly. (In my past experiences, most therapists offer a glass of water or ask you to make your way out when your dressed, or even wait for you to come out the room to escort you out)
Luckily, there was a really lovely girl on reception - I think she worked for the hairdressers also - she was charming and friendly - the venue needs to make more of her.

The venue was quite easy to find and very quiet therapy room. I fell asleep whilst having my treatment which tends to happen if the venue is quiet and conducive. The therapist was very polite. I would definitely go back.
