The classes are completely overbooked.
You won't have enough space to do the postures properly without hitting your neighbour.
And the teachers don't have time to assist/correct the students, due to there are about 45 students in a room.
I went there three times, at different hours, and it was everytime the same.

A friend & I took our little ones to the Mother & Baby Yoga class. The building is lovely; light & spacious and perfect for harmonious activities. However, I found the class was way too busy for any sort of one to one attention; in fact the instructor barely looked at us once! For almost £15, this was a little steep. But otherwise a great way for new mums to meet eachother, and enjoy tea in the downstairs cafe afterwards.

I used to find it hard to get into a regular exercise routine, but when I discovered Tri Yoga, the calming and down to earth experience of the yoga centre has kept me coming back for over 4 years.

Triyoga is a totally relaxing place with a lovely energy about it. The therapists are amazing and you can totally put your trust in them for a wonderful experience.
