Myself and my partner booked ourselves last week, receptionist was really nice, gave us a lot of advice on the best treatments - we had the drift away experience which was a really relaxing massage plus a mini facial - i loved the scented warm shea butter and it was the best massage I've ever had - fell asleep half way through the treatment! I think the nicest thing was that everyone was so friendly and the treatment was so good. The Spa was cozy and warm and we really had a nice time together. They are more of a boutique spa than a big Hotel thing and the only thing I would say is that they could do with some enclosed showers which they told me they are working on, but the space, the pool and the people were lovely and that's exactly what we wanted.

I have purchased the Wahanda voucher back in April or in May 2012. I have bought 2 vouchers for me and my partner. Then I have tried to book a convenient time for both of us. My availability were weekend time. I have cancelled once because when I booked I forgot that I was away on holiday. Then I had to cope with the practitioner holiday. I did not know that only one person was doing the treatment. So basically I could never find an appropriate time to book.
Then, about 2 month ago (October), I called and I have been told that my voucher was expired - when it says on the expiring date the 29th of November 2012. So kindly I explain my situation and that my voucher was still valid. And in fact, I have been told that the practitioner went back to India for good - but after one week, I have been told that the practitioner is now retired ?
I spoke to Isa, she offered me to have a choice of treatment which include the full day spa experience for two.I was pleased and asked her to send me a confirmation email - to be able to choose once I'll be with my partner - she said that I'll receive the email shortly. So, I was waiting for the email. The only problem is that I NEVER received that email.
I was extremely upset. I wrote a complain directly on your website. And no news.. until after 3-4 weeks, I received an email saying, << so have you decided which treatment you want?>>.
I already called Wahanda to get a refund. I have been extremely disappointed by the service your provided to me (just over the phone!!!). So being honest with you, I won't be interested at all in getting any experience treatment provided by the Tres Chelsea.
Also, I will make sure, that I will never purchase any service from your company. Very Disappointed !!

I went with a friend and it was her first time at a spa, albeit a mini one! The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The treatments were a delight and everything ran to schedule. We had a lovely time - my friend was delighted with her first spa experience - and i will certainly be going again.
Many thanks!

Hello,
I went to the Spa a week ago now, on the 15th of June ‘12 which was a Friday. My Girlfriend and i selected a week day to enjoy the spa as we imagined the rest of the world to be at work leaving us to enjoy the day and treatments in some peace.
Before i go on, i will say the Spa is very pleasant, the staff accommodating, and the facilities very clean!
But here is where our experience fell very short of our expectations.
Bearing in mind we booked a spa day for 2, which in my mind is time to be spent in adult bliss having quality time in relaxation together!? (am I wrong?)
So it was very disappointing not to be told in advance of our arrival that there would be a swimming coach there teaching Children for 4 hours of stay rendering the swimming pool completely useless aside the first 30 mins of our arrival.
There was only ONE member of staff performing treatments, which meant, knowing that we'd booked therapy’s that would last a good couple of hours one of us would be left to our devices for at least that amount of time while the other was indulged. In previous Spa Days experienced all treatments happened at the same time. Obviously if you go to spa day for two you do not expect to be hanging out on your own, hence SPA DAY FOR TWO!?
The other short fall arose with the tiny single serving changing rooms, which was absent of a private shower that i would expect to be there bearing in mind we were not staying the hotel and were now coated in massage oils!
The only showers we had access to were in the main spa area, that are there to make sure you are suitably clean before using the pool or to remove sweat after being the sauna and stream rooms!
My girlfriend also felt very awkward when the children which had their lessons were also bath naked in these showers!
This Spa is NOT RECCOMENDED for anyone who is NOT staying in the hotel with use of their own changing faculties and showers provided by their rooms!

I booked in to have a facial with use of the spa facilities for the day. With the Jubilee celebrations I realised after making several different means of transport to get to the spa i was not going to make my appointment. The spa staff were very understanding and accomodating and managed to reschedule my appointment later in the afternoon. The ambience is just right. Very relaxing withe just the right lighting. The staff were very attentive. My therapist was very friendly and walked me through the products she used which would be useful for my skin type. Got tea and chocolates while I relaxed after my treatment as part of the special as well as a £10 voucher to use on their products. Got a very nice eucalyptus oil skin treatment. All in all it was very pleasant and I would definitely go there again.

All the staff were wonderful and the venue was gorgeous (looks exactly like on the images)!
One slight issue is that the pool is used for childrens swimming lessons, which does not make for the most relaxing atmosphere. This is a real shame as the rest of it (treatments, location and venue) were brilliant but it did ruin the mood and we ended up leaving before we might have done otherwise.

Patricia, the therapist was friendly, professional and delivered a very good massage. The spa is a part of a hotel. In the morning there could be more people then the guests. There is a convenient parking next to hotel, as the spa is in Battersea. Very helpful receptionist (Silvia). and there is an offer on food as well -15%

My friend and I really enjoyed our day in this spa. Nice steam room and pool. Big relaxation area but cosy, looking the stars. there are stars in the ceiling! quite cool! with a view to the pool.
Higly recommend the treatments we had, the foot massage and body scub.
We had as much tea as we wanted! (we love tea!)
Will come back for sure.

It was my best massage ever! normally I dont writte reviews but I had to let the world know!
I went to Tres Spa for my friend's hen party. The staff were very good and patient with us! One thing that puts me off in the other spas is the snobish staff, we felt at easy there! they were really nice!
Loved the pool! Sauna a bit small but steam room really big and sleek.
Changing rooms are not great, but the value/quality and the staff friendless makes it only a small detail.

I went to Tres Spa with a group of friends. The Spa is very nice and modern, we all love it. The pool was a bit busy for the first 30 min, but afterwards we were there alone. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved our therapist, we had different treatments, but all were happy. I would go again
