Topnotch Health Club Colchester 2.3 3 reviews

I thought that staff that dealth with me was kind, friendly & made me feel very welcome and comfy. i would highly recomend this leaisure complex. they have club for children to do while you grab some quality time for yourself. i will be returning in the future when i move to essex & will feel at ease that my son will be look after to a extreme high standard. if you go to colchester i recommend that a lady called hannah look after you and guide you through everything you need to know aout the leisure club with the upmost friendly & kind attitude i have ever come across

I used the TopNotch Health Club in Colchester, My Job required me to stay in a hotel mon - fri in colchester, i would then return home to Warwickshire ( about 2.45 - 3 hours away ) on a sat.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances i lost my job but still had 3 months left on my membership.
I spoke to the accounts department who was very very rude over the phone. I tried too explain that i lost my job and that the gym was about 3 hours away from my home. The woman on the phone kept repeating " that is not my problem " and threatening debt collectors.

True to her word i am now being contacted by collectors who are attempting to recover these 3 months membership.

Ok i do understand i signed a document, i am aware of the legal implications but a small amount of compassion or understanding would not of gone a miss.

Very angry with the way i have been treated, would not recommend to anybody

it was a nice day, me and a friend went together,i wish it was a little closer to my home but would definetly go again, i wish it was a little cheaper too, but would rather go top noth than fitness first
