Very welcoming staff who are most helpful on arrival. The place is spacious, not too warm or stuffy. I live locally & have watched the building stand empty for well over twenty years. This is a fantastic use of the original lay-out of the building. A good location, easy to get to, well-sign posted & plenty of parking. I just spent the day, wish I lived further away so I could justify taking advantage of the stop-over offers which I believe are good value. Lovely food, staff are not over-bearing. maybe when my sons are older they will treat me for Mothering Sunday!

Titanic Spa, this place certainly marks the uprising of the spa, rather than the sinking of a ship!
The photos and words that you may have read, do not demonstrate to the full how fabulous 'a find' this truly is!
It is relaxed, stylish, easy, works equally well for men and women (quite unusual for the UK), the food is great!
They even have their own water source, which is not really mentioned until you arrive at the spa!
The atmosphere is faultless, and I am fussy!! The products are great quality and the staff are so keen to please, it is a joy to visit!
We stayed in a beautiful apartment, with Villeroy and Bosch bathroom, other great quality fitments, a squishy sofa, DVD in the room, balcony and contemporary soft furnishings.
We will be returning, lots I think!!

Facial very good and relaxing but collagen hand massage a bit disappointing. Ambience very good from when we walked in we were comfortable. Apartment was really very good and so clean too. Everything you need was there. Will go again and take more friends too. The girl who did my hand massage was a bit quiet - maybe shy/ But overall it was a very good experience. Would be better with more relaxing beds - bean bags are a bit difficult for older ones to get up from. Two aren't enough.

Went on a 2 for 1 spa day with my mum, had a fabulous day in this large spa with great facilities. A few negatives - would have liked a proper jacuzzi/hydro bath, the one situated in the swimming pool was the only option and was poor, one jet each and swimming pool temperature water. The heat experience was great especially the steam rooms, but the "experience" showers were a bit rubbish, would have liked one that had a "mist" option, they just seemed to be like a heavy stream of cold or hot water, nothing special. The relaxation zone had some lovely relaxing beds and bean bags to chill out and drift off to sleep, this room was suitably dark and had a tranquil feel, however there was a group of women in there chatting away, which spoilt this facility, not much chance of resting when you can hear others in conversation. Also someone in there with a mobile phone! On the plus side, there was a good sized pool,( tho not enough loungers), heat experience the best bit, and lunch was very tasty. Can't comment on treatments as we didnt have any, a bit too expensive for us, but there is a lot of treatment rooms and all looked lovely, with good quality products used. Staff friendly, and all very clean and well kept. All in all enjoyed the day and will probably go back, the Wahanda 2 for 1 deal is good value, but I dont think I would be paying the full price of £70.

First visit to this spa everything was excellent from the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we left. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the therapist was friendly, the pictures on the website don,t do the apartments justice we were surprised how nice they were. The food too was first class - can,t wait to return. Very good value for money too/

This was my third visit to Titanic Spa and I shall definitely be going back! The Heat and Ice experience exceeds all expectation and the swimming pool is the ideal environment to combine relaxation with a little gentle exercise. Lunch offers a good, yet healthy, range of fresh hot and cold items to choose from. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. I have tried three different treatments and have never been disappointed. Many thanks!

I cannot fault Titanic Spa. From the minute we arrived at reception we were made to feel special. The apartment was fabulous, clean, bright and overlooking the river. Lunch was very tasty, the chef made a special effort to cater for our two course vegetarian evening meal which was delicious. The spa facilities were great and the swimming pool is massive. We were given fluffy dressing gowns on arrival and simply chilled out for a full 24 hours.

I have no doubt we will return to Titanic Spa in the near future.

This is the second time we've visited Titanic Spa and can't wait to go back again! Really lovely place and great value via the Wahanda offer. The apartments are lovely as well and really top the whole visit off. Would have no issue in recommending Titanic.

Went to Titanic Spa with a group of friends in March on the Wahanda overnight deal. We had an absolutely fantastic time, the staff were very friendly, polite and eager to make you feel as relaxed as possible. We all thought the facilities were excellent and the organisation of the whole day was smooth, with the staff tailoring our package so that some of our treatments and lunch and evening meal was together and our apartment was shared, even though our group booking was made under two separate bookings. When it came time to leave we really didn't want to go!
