It's approaching lunchtime and I’m still in my fluffy dressing gown and padding around in my slippers.

It’s a guilty pleasure at the best of times. And for someone who feels obliged to throw on a pair of jeans and a T-shirt over their PJs to peg out...

This spa looks like a New York apartment block, but step inside and you'll find a pampering haven with pools, heat rooms and treatment suites.
