Three Degrees Linthwaite at Titanic Spa

I was originall booked in for a hair-cut and blow dry at 4pm. As the salon is next to the Titanic Spa and I was staying there, I wanted the last appointment time so my hair would be ready for my tea etc.

When I arrived I was told I could not have the appointment at this time as it conicided with my massage time. My appointment time got changed to 11am. Titanic spa was willing to change my massage time but the staff member dealing with me was trying to make me go earlier.

I was visiting the spa with 3 friends. I was made to wait 20 minuets before my haircut started. I felt very frustrated and it was wasting time that I could have been withmy friends enjoying the spa. I was just seated on an empty chair and forgotten about. I was offered magazines which I said I didn't want but they fetched me some anyway!

The lady cutting my hair was very appologetic and said she felt embarrassed at the way I was treated, she said I wouldn't have to pay for my hair cut today but when I advised that i had already pre-paid she said she could not issue a refund. She said she would inform the manager and has offered me a free haircut for when I next visit, she refused however to give me anything in writing to this effect.

This staff member was nice and the hair cut was good, however 5 mins after this hair cut and blowdry my hair was ruined again with going into the different spas.

I went passed the salon at 4pm and it was closed. The staff member did say that I was the last appointment, I got the impression that they wanted to go out and close up early.

Very poor customer service and I am awaiting a response from the manager.

I was attending the titanic spa for the day with my husband and decided to havea hair blow dry to finish my lovely day at the spa.The three degrees hair salon at the spa was very relaxing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. the hairdresser was very kind and pleasant giving me advice with my hair. I received a good head massage whilst during my hair been washed. My blow dried hair looked good on finish. The salon was lovely and clean

the haircut and blow dry were well done. However I felt for the price- which was about twice the price I would usually pay-it would only be something I would use for a special occassion.

Fantastic. Paul is a great stylist, and lovely person. You really feel as if you are getting a 5* experience from an experienced hair consultant. Never had so many positive comments about my hair style! 10 out of 10 for 3 Degrees. Lesley

Absolutely brilliant yet another very special hair color and service I cant wait for my next appointment. The hair stylist was very professional and the venue is just a short distance from where I live. I have also been in the leisure facilities which are brilliant.

Absolutely wonderful from the moment I arrived to the time I left they made me feel like the most important person to come through their door. The stylist was brilliant.

I was greeted in a welcoming manner and offered a drink (twice). I found the 3 female staff friendly and not a bit intimidating as you can sometimes find in high end salons. The surroundings were luxurious and stylish and Faye asked me what look I wanted and also advised me of what may be more siutable to my hair type and lifestyle. I was very happy with the results and it is a great cut that I can style myself as she took the time to show me how I could do it.

Overnight stay was already booked at Titanic Spa, what a delight to find a haircut and finish at Three Degrees. Staff were very accomodating in rescheduling our booking and very friendly and down to earth whilst maintaing a professional image.
The whole experience was enjoyable with great results achieved, would visit again.

This was my first visit to the hairdressers at Titanic spa, even though i only live 10 minutes away! My stylist was friendly and did a great job and the salon itself was modern and stylish as you'd expect in such a venue. I had a lovely head massage and she did a great job blow drying my hair exactly as i like it. Overall a very good experience and I even walked away with more vouchers for my next haircut which was a great bonus!

I had never been to this salon before and had used some home colouring on my hair. So this offer was the great way of getting expert advice and 3 colours later all for £19.00 on the offer was fantastic. The colourist Eloise was great spending time to discuss and Jamie who blow dried and gave me an head massage was absolutely stress reliving.

I have booked to go back!
