I went here with 3 other friends. We we're all booked in for a massage at 4:15pm. Unfortunately we chose to go on a Friday and found ourselves stuck in traffic! It took us three times as long as it should have to get there and we didn't arrive until 6:00pm. We rang the venue at 3:30pm to let them know we we're going to be later and they told us they would try and juggle the treatment time to fit us in. By the time we got there we were pretty sure the treatment was a no no. To our surprise the staff were brilliant, so friendly, and kindly offered to do our massage. It treatment was fantastic. The room created a great atmosphere and after being stuck in a car for 3 hours it came as a great relief. We were so grateful for the staff accommodating us in this way. We then explored the spa area, which is split into separate areas. The facilities were amazing, the best I have been to so far. It meal was also very good, with good service from the staff. We left the setting very relaxed, full and contented.

We have been before and it was just as good as the first time, the place is simply amazing, really well laid out, staff are lovely and you come out feeling very relaxed, just as you should when you go to a spa! I recommend this to anyone looking for a Spa experience!

I bought this voucher as a treat for a friend, there was an experience out of order and the foot spas looked a bit tacky with the sink tap but the spa was very nice and very relaxing.
It was just a little shabby in places and toilets could do with a little attention toilet seats where paint rubbed off made you look twice... the robes and towels looked rather aged...

Staff looked rather Young but my friend had really nice massage and my nails were good took ages to dry though and was problematic then getting changed so scuffed one ....

We had a meal in Fenocchis and it was absolutely spot on, the service was excellent

for the money tho it was very good and yes I would go back x

Lovely evening spent at Thoresby Hall. You can go in to the spa from 4 pm with the 'Twilight' deal but if we did this again we woud have turned up much earlier and had a walk around the lovely grounds. Also near to Clumeber Park which is a lovely area and nice NT cream tea.
Spa area a bit dated but the staff all lovely. Meal at Fennochios was amazing value and beautifully cooked. The restaurant was nice and cosy.
A great experience and brilliant value for money.

I visited Thoresby Hall for the Twilight Spa & Dinner Experience offer i purchased via wahanda. The venue is lovely and i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the spa and the 30 minute treatment we each had was a bonus. The 3 course meal we had a Fenocci's mediterranean restaurant was amazing. Overall really enjoyed my time at Thoresby Hall....wished we could have stayed there longer, so we could have made use of the other facilities/ activities on offer.

An excellent experience from start to finsih. Enjoyed the spa facilities and the swedish massage was excellent and provided in a double room so that my wife and I were together. We had used these facilities before but had never eaten at Thoresby Hall before. The food was good in the Italian restaurant and the staff throughout our visit were very friendly helping to make the visit very enjoyable and worthwhile.

went to thoresby with my sister in law when we had such bad snow. wow the staff they were clearing it all away for the customers to arrive. those two men who helped my sister in law with her case.want a medal. and on going home they made sure we got to our car without an accident of falling on the bad ice. they had cleared the car park for residents, no one could have done a better job in those weather conditions.

the spa was great. a bit expensive and since we have been it has changed to a world spa and become more expensive. we thought it could be cheaper and the bar drinks are so expensive. the meals in the special restaurant we went in was lovely and a reasonable add on price. the standard meal place is great with a great choice. wish we could afford to go again but even the deals are expensive.
