I enjoyed this venue we had a lovely room , nice food , entertainment and great little spa. well worth the money and would visit again .

What Wahanda do not advertise is that this "spa break" actually entitles you to 2 hours in the spa...maybe I'm being a little fussy when for a 3 day, 2 night spa break you get to use the spa for a total of 2 hours.

I would say 95% of the guests are over 65 * the place has a Butlins feel to it.

Truely awful place......avoid it like the plague!! I have done so many spa breaks (which cost less than this one) so shop around.

I bought this for my partner as a mothers day gift, luckily she chose me to go with her and I have to say this is the best spa either of us have been to, it was simply amazing. The spa facilities are excellent including the large spa pool and tropical shower, the Swedish massage was without doubt the very best I have had and the Italian meal was gorgeous, I am a fussy eater & my partner was full of dread thinking I would be prodding & picking through the 3 courses but I ate the whole meal.

This in my eyes was simply heaven and I would recommend to anyone!

Had a really great evening with a group of friends. The facilities were very good but when we arrived reception was busy and we were just pointed towards the spa area rather than being shown around, this meant we only discovered the pool area and several other rooms half way through the night - a real waste. When we compared treatments my eye treatment seemed to be the best deal compared to the others. My therapist was lovely and i didnt experience a hard sell of the products used. The 3 course meal was fab and alone was worth the cost of the voucher. A tip is to use the lovely bar area right at the back of the hall overlooking the gardens for a pre-dinner drink rather than the rather tacky bar area between reception and the spa. A great deal that I would snap up again.

Thoresby Hall is lovely, but lacks a bit of ambience. The spa facilities are good but can be small. The staff are lovely and don't pster you, they let you relax!
The treatment I had (eye treatment) was very relaxing.
I would coem here again but only if they had another great deal.
However, the restaurant is amazing!

Returned here with my friend, after loving it the first time. Had a fantastic time, staff were brilliant, very helpful and accommodating. Great facilities, loved the hydro pool, can't wait to go again!

This was an excellent deal. The food in the Italian restaurant was superb and the staff were all so friendly. The massage was excellent as were the sauna facilities. Very relaxing package - would definately recommend it.

lovely relaxing time, great atmosphere, lovely food. we had a really lovely time - nice chance to chill out and have a catch up - the spa is very clean and relaxing

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole experience was fantstic from start to finish there is nothing that could have been better, the place is outstanding and very big inside, there are 2 jacuzzis, around 3 steam rooms 3 saunas swimming pool, ice cave, foot massager tropical showers ice blast showers the list goes on, after we had a 3 course meal it was sublime, i would say it has been the best spa experience i have had would highly recommend and i will difinatly will be going again.

I loved every moment of the experience from the moment i walked through the door. Nice relaxing experience, just what i needed. Had the mud bath experience which made my skin lovely and soft, and a back massage.
