Therapy was created by Beauty & Holistic Therapist Becca Teers. Becca has been a therapist for over 15 years & is an experienced Reflexologist, Reiki healer & also specialises in holistic treatments, such as, Hot Stone Massage, Tibetan & Indian Head Massage, 'No hands' massage techniques & on the beauty side, facials & precision waxing. Becca is also an NLP practitioner & the author of many articles regarding holistic health.
Many of the facial & body treatments at Therapy were created by Becca & the importance of the use of 100% natural & organic skin care, as opposed to harmful, chemical products, is fundamental to the Therapy philosophy.
Thorough training takes place with all staff to maintain high levels of client care & all therapists are personally trained by Becca in all treatments.

I had a luxurious hot stone massage, which began with a relaxing foot soak. Not only did the 90 minute massage leave me feeling deeply relaxed, but it also worked wonders on my muscles. I suffer from chronic pain, and after the massage felt the best I have in 9 months. Want another one now!
My mum was really pleased with her Tibetan head massage - said it helped her a lot with her stiff neck and shoulders. The results of her manicure were beautiful.
We will be definitely be going back to Therapy in the future for a beauty and relaxation fix!
