Absolutely awful, really nasty manager as well, book somewhere else!

The mud wrap treatment was very good and the therapist very nice. The salon is a little tired and cramped but fine. I would recommend this salon if it's convenient to get to but would not travel far to go myself.

THis was my first treatment of this kind. The spa bit is downstairs from the tanning salon and a little tired looking - however, the treatment is quite fantastic. You could really see your pores being cleared out. My skin felt really smooth afterwards and I would definitely have another one!

Great place to get gel nails, if you are have a deal. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't spend the full amount as it is not worth it to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I had to reschedule a few times do to work.

I was getting my nails done for my wedding so they had to be perfect. The therapist was great and did a fab job. This is a great place for nails.

The facial was quite relaxing and the facilities seemed good, quite easy location to get to too. They gave me Dermalogica samples to take away which was a nice touch. However I don't think the facial was very beneficial for my skin. Not sure I'd go there again.

I had a Dermalogica facial and body scrub. The body scrub left my skin feeling soft but the facial actually made my skin break out for several weeks. The therapist was friendly but didn't seem to want to be there. It was good value but I don't think I'll be going there again.

I made a booking at this salon in good time and unfortunately was delayed vastly by the underground service to my treatment. I called en route to say there had a been a problem on the transport system and found the gentleman unhelpful and rude. In he end, I only had 15 minutes to spare for my tretament and decided not to bother having had a nightmare journey from herts to Soho and a very rude male reception/owner.

Clearly, it was o-one's fault maybe except my own but the rudeness received was unacceptable and I wouldn't bother going even if they gave me free treatment(s) for the year.

A buzzing little salon with very friendly therapists. Had a Gellish manicure, a great choice of colours and my nails are still looking pristine a week later.

great service! very fast and friendly service. Good value for the money. The ambiance was OK, but the service was great. I would go back again, for other services as well.
