After you have checked in, you will leave the vibrancy of the reception and be escorted to the Spa area.
As soon as you enter the Spa area, it becomes quiet with mood lighting and a mix of silver, grey and black tones designed to slow down your heart rate, making you want to relax and get ready for your Spa experience. You will be offered a calming herbal tea and have everything taken care of for you from that moment on, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your Spa experience.

but on my first appointment ..which should have been the last they could not accommodate as they forgot to ask me the color of my highlights which had to be ordered.
I went all the way to staines and nothing..so disappointing ..
I was promised a conditioning for the trouble
So they arranged it for next week, which i was late for and was told they were not able to do my full head.. so so disappointing .. but partly my fault.. needless to say i did get any conditioning..
I was happy with the color .however after a week it all faded .. needless to say i will not be going there again.
