We were made very welcome with a hot drink as we arrived, the therapist was lovely, and the facial was so relaxing, felt very at ease and pampered. Would go back for more treatments.

lovely elemis facial skin specific facial head and back massage, very relaxing. My only negative comment would be the room was not warm enough and only covered with a towel usually extra layers in other places have been available. So didn't feel warm and cosy during the treatment.Therapist very professional.

WOW! I have been to The Spa Lounge on a few occasions now and am a fully fledged addict, but the last visit impressed me to the limit.
I decided to go for Nouveau lash extensions and the famous HD brows. Lara did my treatment which took around 2 and a half hours and OH MY GOSH! I have never had eyes like this. She was so committed to perfection - every single hair was tweaked and teased into the best brow I could have ever imagined. I have over plucked for years and thought there was no hope.
All I can say is - go to Lara at The Spa Lounge.
Amazing. Thank you so much and see you in two weeks time!!

This was my second visit for a treatment in the same week and was greeted in a very friendly manner. There was no wait time and I was shown straight up to the treatment room where I enjoyed a lovely facial. The only complaint I would have is that the couches you lay on for the facial are pretty uncomfortable, especially in the lower back area. I did try using a towel to support my lower back but this didn't relieve it much. I think the couches would be far better if they were made to tilt up slightly as it is the flatness of them which makes them uncomfortable. I would probably have more facials if the couches were more comfortable. Overall, the facial was good and I would go back - especially on the offer that I enjoyed.

Hi,
All of our couches are motorised and are fully adjustable. I am sorry that you were not informed about this in order to make your position more comfortable.

I was fortunate enough to find a parking space outside the spa lounge otherwise I would have struggled to find somewhere to leave my car- and thats the only thing I can think of to complain about! The staff were lovely, the spa was decorated luxuriously, the treatment was thorough and not rushed. I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The treatment wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. An all round really good experience, Thanks

I had the Indian Head Massage (40 mins) and it was great! so relaxing...the staff were welcoming and my therapist was really good. The massage wasnt quite as hard as I like it, so I simply asked her to massage a bit harder on my shoulders and she did so happily!
I had a 50% off deal form Wahanda so it was also really great value for money at this price.

I had the Elemis Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Scrub at The Spa Lounge and everything was brilliant - the staff were great and welcoming and my therapist was excellent.
The only downside is that I was expecting a full body scrub - including my problem areas which are thighs, stomach - but the scrub only covered arms, lower legs and back.
However it was extremely relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards.
I don't think I would have paid the full price (as I would want the full body doing for this) but with a 50% off deal from Wahanda it was great.
