I took my best friend to this spa and from the moment we walked in we were both smiling - everything is so well done, the therapists were brilliant and the decor is stunning. Nothing was too much trouble, they made us several rounds of tea and left us to talk and relax for as long as we wanted between treatments. We are already making plans for our next visit.

I so love this place, the minute that you walk through the door you just know that you are in for a good treatment.
After changing into my provided robe, spent the first part of treatment in the steam room, then was taken to a private room to apply the rasul and have a steam. After showering, excellent body wash and body lotion provided, relaxed in the relaxation area. Really lovely to be served with mint tea.

The spa is very clean and all staff have been very professional and made us feel very comfortable.

I went to the venue with my mum. It is a very impressive spa, we both liked it a lot. We had Moroccan Day dream treatment, we enjoyed both parts: massage and hammam. I can highly recommend this spa.

Very atmospheric. After 5 minutes you actually feel you're in Morocco. I had a rhassoul treatment, e.g. got to cover my whole body (hair included) with detoxifying lava clay and relax in the steam room. Absolutely loved the 'me time' and all the aromatherapy body products available for use during the visit. Highly recommended! A real treat!

This was my second visit and was just as impressed - the place itself is beautiful and the staff are so sweet and friendly. For the rassoul treatment, there is no therapist but it is simple to do yourself and really nice as you have some privacy and can just sit there relaxing or chatting with a friend. I'll be back.

It was an amazing 2 hour experience with my friends. There were 5 of us and we managed to enjoy the treatment and after, to have a chat in the resting room with some Moroccan tea. I can say it's my favorite place to go until now.

The spa was beautiful, it was better than the pictures the had on the website. the staff were great, friendly and helpful. The treatment was nice, had never had it before so was a little nervous but the staff explained it well and we enjoyed it. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, vibrant and peaceful exactly what you would expect a spa should be, it was a great place to unwind and end a 21st birthday weekend.

I went there on a Sunday afternoon and I must say that I had a fantastic time! The venue is really nice. I definitely recommend that Spa located near Pimlico station.

There was a mixed up in the reservation but the staff at The Spa was so accommodating & slot us in anyway. It was a big deal since I am leaving London next week and a reschedule will just not work. Perfect spa! Excellent facilities. Beautiful and thoughtfully designed for ultimate spa experience.

As an avid goer of spas in various places/countries, this is the best by far. We enjoyed it tremendously and I may have converted my friend, who is a 'spa-newbie' into a 'spa-addict'. The staffs were very efficient, pleasant&friendly. We were not rushed at all during the entire time we were there and left when we were ready to leave.

I suspect my friend will be visiting again soon & bring other friends and colleagues to The Spa.
