Went with my mum for her birthday. We were very lucky as we practically had the spa to ourselves as a group were just leaving and we ended up staying the whole day! Spa itself was very lovely and spacious. The therapist who took us around was also lovely and welcoming as well, and she served us some Moroccan mint tea with little nibbles on the side which was great. Changing rooms were well equipped with all the necessities plus a hair dryer (albeit the power wasn't very strong).
The only thing I'd perhaps pick at was the mud treatment itself - having had a similar treatment at the spa at the May Fair hotel (which was amazing), the mud seemed very watered down in comparison, almost like it'd been mixed with some sort of soapy liquid, and it was also incredibly drying, a lot more than the mud we used at The May Fair. Apart from that though we had a lovely experience and we really didn't want to leave! :). A big thumbs up for this spa.

We had a lovely time at the Dolphin Spa. Staff were really helpful and polite. It is a lovely spa and the decor reminded me so much of morroco! Spa was clean and robes, towels and slippers were provided at no extra cost. We also had a locker to keep our things.
The Rassoul was a really fun and enjoyable experience. You get a pot of clay which you rub on yourself in your own private chamber. Then you sit in a steam filled room and let the clay seep into your skin. After about 10 minutes you wash the clay off and then moisturize yourself with lotion/oil.
Loved the spa and would go back again!

Amazing experience. You're left alone to relax and and totally de-stress.
Basically this is what you can expect: you get your own private steam chamber with adjoining shower. You wait for the room to fill with steam and then enter and cover yourselves in the mud - messy but a whole lot of fun! Then you sit.....and relax!!!
Once the steam dissipates you shower, cover yourself in lovely shea butter which is provided in the room and then head to the relaxation room to lie on hot stone beds and enjoy your tea.
We loved it so much we've booked for a second trip!

There is no better place to be on a cold spring day.
Firstly, the staff are always very professional and efficient. You will be well looked after on your visits.
The Spa has many treatments and rituals to choose from. Advice is given, so you will be offered the correct ones for you.
The Spa at Dolphin square is clean, calm and warm. My idea of heaven. And you get bought mint tea if you relax on the warm beds in the Tepidarium.
I have experienced a Hammam ritual too. Nothing quite like being scrubbed with a divine black soap that smells of eucalyptus.
Just try Dolphin square and then invite your friends. It really is a wonderful place.

Fantastic experience. Just what my husband and I needed after a very long, cold, grey winter. The venue is warm and inviting with a lovely ambience. It was so relaxing that we spent five hours having treatments and just being in their many intimate and warm spaces. We enjoyed a lovely tea in a cozy room after being asked when and where we would like it served. The experience was a fantastic value but what truly made it great was the terrific staff who managed to be very attentive but not intrusive at the same time. They were genuinely lovely warm and helpful. I have been to a lot of spa experiences and the staff here have never been bettered. They actually glowed with niceness. it was such a positive experience and we will return!

The Spa has a great atmosphere. I have been there four times now. The staff are friendly and attentive. I would recommend trying any of the treatments on offer. The place is very clean and smells lovely. There is a good selection of body treatments such as massage, scrubs and cleansing rituals on offer.
How about taking a few friends for an afternoon of relaxation. Or even stay overnight.
Relax in the Tepidarium, where you lie down on a heated curved stone bed, wrapped in a towelling robe. You can have your mint tea and dried apricots, dates and nuts bought to you. Heavenly.
I feel safe and calm in this lovely spa.
And there is NO cold water thrown at you (which I had a t another spa) .
Try this Spa and you will not be disappointed.

This is the best Hammam I have ever visited.
The interior design gives very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in the Spa.
It is clean and warm, and smells so beautiful. The staff are helpful, and explain the procedure. So if it is your first time, you will be guided well. Try the Hammam Ritual first. You will be scrubbed clean using black soap. This has eucalyptus, crushed olives and olive oil and smells refreshing.
Take as much time as you like in the tepidarium, where you lie on a heated comfortable curved stone bed, wrapped in a towelling robe and towel. Depending on your choice of treatment you may be served mint tea, nuts, apricots and dates. What bliss.

This was probably the coldest night of the year - thus I couldn't imagine a better way to have spent the afternoon: the salt infused steam room opens your breathing and pores, and the tepidarium is a pleasant space where you can relax, read, or sink into a refreshing sleep on the heated beds.
