Really good value for money, excellent customer services and very nice venue, which was easy to find and in a very central location. I found the treatments very thorough and explained to me very well. The therapist was very professional.

Great place, lovely people and such great value. Was a bit difficult to get an appointment but it was definitely worth the wait. Would book this deal over and over, it was fantastic.

To try for sure for a relaxing experience. I went with a friend and we were retreated as in a south european country. Worth money. I will definitely come back

It was our second visit to the Spa and we loved every minute of it.
The Hamman was fantastic and the massage afterward was even better.
Victoria, Carli and Suzanna again peformed miracles and the staff supporting were also very good.
I have no complaints and would go back again and again. Thank you, Mark!

My location was at the casablanca spa in Edgware road .I booked for a hamam experience treatment.Which involved a soap bubble(with no bubbles)and a body mask. i was very dissapointed with this treatment, as the thearapist just slapped it on,missing most of my body on both treatments the soap and the mask,,i had to rub it in myself,i have had proper hammams, this shouldn;t be called a hammam,it was just a sauna,if i had to pay the full price i would of complained extensively.the positive thing was they gave you nice tea and fruit, staff where nice but talked through my resting period.

Lovely! The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and the relaxation area was well set out. The massage was amazing - highly recommended.
Two small things - the change room is TINY and also bring a book or your own magazine, the reading choice was limited (John Lewis catalogue ???)

We loved this spa! The interior is beautiful and cosy - dim lights, relaxing quiet background music. We tried the Rhassoul experience followed by fresh mint Moroccan tea. I applied the clay / shea butter mud to my skin and hair in the steam room, it felt baby soft and lovely afterwards. My friend and I also really enjoy the steam and relaxing rooms following out treatment. The spa has a romantic ambience so would be great for a couple.

The spa treatment was great and really enjoyed it, the only area i would say needs to be improved is the lady on reception was not friendly and came across abit rude.
