The facilities at CityPoint are clean, spacious and pleasant. My therapist is friendly, very professional and did a great job.
The soprano hair removal treatment is only used in a handful of clinical spas in London and is still innovative. The hair removal has worked well in just three sessions and I am very pleased I purchased this voucher.

This place is just gorgous. The staff are really friendly and professional. The treatment is going well and Ive seen positive results so far. I love going there its heavily.

I am mid way through a course at City Point and have to say on each visit the staff are great! The two different therapists I have had carry out treatments were fantastic and really put you at ease. They carried out the treatments and gave me all the advice I needed and were really helpful with questions.

I would not hesitate in booking other treatments at this spa, they are very professional and courteous which makes each visit enjoyable!

Citypoint is a lovely spa with a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. I've been to massages before (highly recommended), currently I'm doing a full year course of soprano laser hair removal in the MedSpa. The treatment is almost painfree and very effective. The therapist is very friendly and attentive and explains every step of what she's doing.

The neck shoulder and hand massage at the end nearly sent me to sleep and the products used throughout were just wonderful.
When the treatment was over and I was shown the results in a mirror I couldn't believe the difference. I am now positively glowing and it feels amazing.
Having had compliments from everyone I have seen since I will definitely be retuning next month.

Already after the first tratment I have had a hair reduction of 70%. I am very pleased and the therapist was really professional. She explained everything in detail and I felt the whole thing was safe and effective.

Bit tricky to find the entrance at first, but not a big issue as there are signs. Looks like a very nice gym with its own juice/refreshment bar. Nice waiting area and helpful staff. Therapists are very thorough and the consultation was comprehensive, I learnt a lot about IPL that I never knew before. The bad news is that IPL is not pain free and for me personally is a lot more painful than an "elastic band twang" its fine for the underarms but for the bikini area, for me it is a more intense sensation than waxing. However it doesnt last or linger like waxing pain does so as soon as the treatment is over you do wonder what you were wincing at? And the bottom line is it works! After my first treatment nearly 70% of the hair was gone and has stayed gone, so in my case it really is a no pain no gain situation. I am recommending this treatment to all.

This is a fantastic gym and club in Central London. Transport is easy, even parking is off street and easy. The facilities are amazing. The therapist was great, bubbly, friendly, and very knowledgable. She put me at ease and explained everything. Very professional indeed. I had the patch test and realised that soprano is indeed tolerable, even to the me, the wimp. I look forward to all my treatments, I can't believe how wonderful everything has been so far!

having reached the spa, I was a bit confused as to where the entrance was. After buzzing through the doors you go down a lift into the spa area. The staff was welcoming and I had a good chat with the therapist as I had my pedicure, so much that the treatment took a while longer than she had said at the beginning but may be because I was distracting her! In the end though, I left with a nice pedicure for my holiday :)

Been going for a while and the service has always been great. The results are overall v good and would def reccomend it. Its a nice spa like environment in the middle of loads of office blocks about 5 mins walk from Moorgate. Great deal too!
