great day, nice venue, food good, facilities clean & tidy. Nice to have robe given but would of been nice to have slippers aswell. Overall had a good relaxing day!

My friends and I had a lovely day at the spa, the treatments were excellent ,staff were friendly and the
food was enjoyable. We were disappointed that the Jacuzzi wasn't working on the day but we were
told that we could come again and use the facilities, would recommend and we all agreed it was
great value for money.

The massage was fantastic; and I do have experience in that field. I have to say that the staff were really accommodating although we weren't offered the bubbly or the gowns which were part of the deal, so it spoilt the ambience somewhat. We also ordered some food, which took a while to come, despite being the only people in the lounge at the time - when it arrived, the portions were so paltry for me I had to send it back and ask for some filling in my bread! The sauna/changing rooms are looking very tired and dated (and were quite smelly); the lockers wouldn't lock but still took my money. I wouldn't go again, although the treatments were good (massage was one of the best and I had a great therapist); I was a little disappointed with the express pedicure which was literally just nail painting - I thought there might've at least been lotion applied or a quick massage, which is usually standard - it wasn't that cheap compared to other spas. I thought with it being a deal, that the spa would've gone out of it's way to impress, but sadly no.

So all in all, we enjoyed the day despite numberous let-downs, we sat around the pool and just relaxed. The staff were really apologetic when they realised they hadn't offered the drink and robes, and offered us complimentary drinks - can't fault the staff at all, they are a credit to the place; it's just a shame the place lets them down a little - could do with a refurb!

I had never been for a Spa Day before, so my friend suggested we try Wahanda. We found the offer for The Spa @ Brook Mollington Banastre Hotel for an Elemis Face & Body Sensation treatment with an Express Manicure at a 2 for 1 price. Could not believe the great value. Use of the facilities for the day (pool was lovely and the jacuzzi lovely and hot), with lockers provided for our belongings, with towels & fluffy robes provided too. Tea and coffee all day included (we paid for lunch - I had a Comfit of Duck and Salad which was delicious). The hot stone back and neck massage was so relaxing (soothing music all the while), and the facial totally amazing - couldn't believe how my face felt afterwards. Then after our lunch, we had our express manicure with choice of nail colour. The therapist, Naomi, was very courteous & friendly - she made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout, and really knew her job. All in all - I could not fault a thing - it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back!

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of, give a free drink whilst we filled in a short questionnaire and then waited for our treatments. The facilities were lovely and clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Our expectations were fully met. The staff were very helpful in showing us around and ensuring we could get the best experience from our trip. The equipment and facilities were great.

Very relaxing - Short staffed but they do their best and make up for it being very friendly. Back massage was heavenly just a shame on one therapist so my friend and I couldnt have our treatments at the same time.
