went last year before my wedding.
Very beautiful spa was greeted like a princess :)
I had a day package which included Afew treatments, lunch and use of facilities.
The changing rooms are nice bottled water, herbal drinks available.
The hydrotherapy pool was great I had the whole place to myself
Used the sauna and steam room.
The relaxation room was amazing magazines, fruit, water.
Nice blankets and flower on each bed totally amazing.
The treatments were equally amazing.
Lunch area was busy I ordered sea bass which I didn't like hadn't tried it before
So told the waiter who gladly asked me what I would prefer
And he made me lovely vegetables and potatoes very posh type
Great place and didn't want to leave.
Would go back but very expensive.

Ambience was great - especially the therapeutic pool, as well as the friendly staff. I thought the changing room could improve their amenities a bit...not to mention their over-zealous cleaners who seemed to come through every 2 minutes to clear out towels, etc. My masseuse was excellent - he knew how to work the muscles and all the areas of tension - almost to the point where it was bit painful (felt like I was getting a massage in HK / China). I would definitely go back...

It was divine. Heaven sent. The therapist, the rooms and the treatment.

Always a pleasure. Attention to detail is impeccable and the Asian-inspired atmosphere feels like you are transported to the Orient. Therapists are always attentive and the facilities are always clean and uncrowded. Expensive but worth it.

This may be one of the best spas in an urban enviroment. It truly makes you feel as though you have left the big city and have been transported to an exclusive retreat. The amentities are amazing and the therapist was so knowledgable. He made me feel more than comfortable. I truly relaxed for two hours. It is my favorite place to go for a special treat. It would be an amazing gift to give someone or just for yourself.
This spa really doesn't have any cons- they have thought of everything. Possibly having a hair salon would make it better. But having so many spots nearby for a wash and blow dry after the massage doesn't make it a necessity.
