The Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat, a resort in itself, provides a comprehensive approach to physical, spiritual and mental well-being, with a special emphasis on yoga and ayurveda. Secluded open-air treatment areas make the lush tropical setting an integral part of the relaxation and treatment process. The spa complex Located in the heart of the island and stretching down to sea, the spa complex occupies an elevated 1-hectare (2.5-acre) site, with 10 individual thatched treatment pavilions – four over water, three in a lush garden setting and three in the Ayurvedic Retreat. Set over crystal waters, each water pavilion has an attached steam room and deep bath that overlooks the ocean, while each garden treatment villa has a steam room and outdoor shower. Guests aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy our spa treatments. Numerous pathways throughout the beautiful surrounding gardens allow for leisurely walks pre- and post-treatment.
