They advertise their wraps as a 'life-changing experience'... well, I'm not sure I'd go quite that far, but it was certainly great!
The spa itself was large, clean and included great changing rooms with showering and steam facilities for after the treatment, while the treatment rooms were spacious, well lit and very calming.
I went for a mud envelopment wrap, which was apparently a standard ESPA one and which involved being entirely covered in mud and wrapped up in plastic (nicer than it sounds and actually quite snug), then getting a head massage and some time to relax before cleansing. While it is a full body wrap it would be fine for the more body-conscious, as the therapist did a very complicated towel-covering process (for me, actually a little too complicated, I started to feel like she was trying desperately to avoid the sight of me) to avoid any discomfort.
Thoroughly recommended. Small note- I went as part of a group, and we all chose one treatment - overall the happiest were the ones who went for a wrap or a facial, while the massage/manicure bunch were happy but not as excited as the rest of us. All of us agreed though that the spa itself was great!

The SPA in itself is like any other ESPA spas. I am not a huge fan of the therapists who are essentially more beauticians than trained therapists. However, the SPA area is large, full of activities, with an exceptionally relaxing atmosphere. The environment and ambiance are utterly remarkable: relaxing yet not sending siesta vibes through the whole body, traditional without being old and tired-looking, and elegant without being arrogant. The hotel is only a short 30 mins from London but upon arrival, the feeling of immensity is surreal. There is absolutely nothing around, just nature and uninterrupted views of the sky which gives a sense of complete isolation. The hotel in itself is traditionally British with a 4 seasons' twist which balances coziness and modernism to perfection.
Very relaxing experience....

A wonderful day spa, I spent a wildly enjoyable day here. A thorough pampering was followed with a relaxing swim in their enormous indoor pool and outdoor whirl pool. The setting in the Hampshire countryside was glorious and the staff very welcoming and attentive.
