The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong redefines pampering and rejuvenation in an elegant, calming environment, perfected by signature Four Seasons service.
This urban sanctuary comprises 16 treatment rooms, including two lavish spa suites, Aqua and Crystal. Each spa suite features a vitality pool for two, a daybed, an LCD television and a private bar. A private bathroom and rain shower are available in the spa suites and most of the treatment rooms. Specially designed pedicure lounges have built-in foot baths and a selection of music and television channels on a private television set for your added enjoyment.
Upon arrival, retreat to your individual spa room or choose from a unique blend of aquatic experiences in the Vitality Lounge, including a Finnish sauna, steam and flotation tank in the men's area, a soft sauna, crystal steam and rhassoul chamber in the women's area, or an indoor vitality pool. While you relax on a chaise lounge, sipping a chilled herbal drink, an attendant will guide you through your personalised spa routine. Thus begins a journey of ultimate pampering that will leave you well rested and rejuvenated in body, mind and spirit.
Providing a calm oasis from the bustling activities of the city are the Hotel's pools. Enjoy a leisurely swim in the free-form infinity-edge pool, exercise in the lap pool, then take a cool dip in the plunge pool – or simply take in the magnificent harbour views from the whirlpool. The infinity-edge pool and lap pool are equipped with speakers so swimmers can enjoy music underwater. In winter, the infinity-edged pool is also heated.

I visited Four Seasons HK this summer and was hugely impressed with the facilities and location. The design of FS hotels vary greatly and this particular hotel on first impression looks fairly clinical and business-like, which clearly sits well within it's location in Central, bang in the middle of HK's financial district. The central atrium is vast and striking and the restaurant and bars are dripping in luxury. I popped my head into the Spa, but it was a little out of my price range at the time so sadly I couldn't take advantage of the very seductive and large range of treatments on offer. I did however, have a dip in their 2 rooftop pool's which had tremendous views over the harbour. It was dusk and the humidity was choking, but being able to luxuriate in the water with a cocktail whilst watching all the buildings light up across the harbour was a godsend and a fantastic introduction to my short stay in Hong Kong.
