This is a nice enough place and good value for money with the voucher I had. However the place is too small to offer all the treatments on the menu. My hot stone massage was good, but the room was tiny, so tiny that the bed had to be on wheels so the therapist could move me around just to get around the bed. This did ruin the relaxing experience I was expecting. Likewise the manicure was in a tiny area at the back of the salon - I felt like I was virtually sitting in the cupboard. So don't come here for a chilled out spa session, but do come for good value treatments as the therapist was good (really went for the knots in my back) and manicure was pretty good too.

I had microdermabrasion and swedish massage. The venue is salon-style, so more business-like than some of the more opulent spa settings. The staff were very friendly - made me a coffee when I got there and put me at my ease. The massage was excellent - really worked on those entrenched knots and I really felt the benefit the next day. The dermabrasion notably brightened my skin and I was asked questions about skin sensitivity etc. I would recommend for practical drop-in treatments that do the job.

Booking was not as simple as it first appeared - the Covent Garden Slon website allows you to book for treatmeents that they don't do there. Which I only was told half an hour before I was supposed to be there. So I had to rebook for another day with the Soho Salon.
Paid an extra £40 or so to have a back treatment and facial. The salon was very small but quite nice. First impressions were not great. Although I was given a warm welcome and sat down with a glass of water to wait, I was then ignored which wasn't in itself an issue, but because the salon is so small I was basically sat a metre away from all the staff which makes being ignored rather awkward. Then a couple came in who obviously knew the manager and it was all smiles and hugs and let me take your coat etc etc whilst I sat there like a lemon. Anyway, eventually the therapist arrived and she was really lovely and sweet and really listened to what I wanted and said and gave some advice. She really seemed to know what she was talking about and doing, and I was very, very happy with the treatments. The girl on reception was rather surly on the way out and queried whether I had mentioned that I was going use the voucher when I booked - which I had. And then charged me for a more expensive treatment that I hadn't had.
This could be a better operation if the front of house staff were a bit more civil. As it is, it's still worth it if you get the lovely and capable therapist. If you don't, God help you.

so i had my eyelash extensions done, and a hair restyle. I walked out that salon feeling like a million bucks! walked in, got seen promptly, asked if i wanted drinks...... i went for wine (brilliant!) the Therapist was so careful and my eyelashs looked so natural and so Incredible!
My stylist was a young guy (good looking too) and im a typical fussy client, i wanted a change without cutting to much off. I loved it! he advised me on what would look good and in 'vogue' at the moment and seriously loved it! all the staff were nice, all chatting to me and filling up my wine!
im putting them on speed dial!

The reception , decor and facilities looked good, although the treatment room that I got was very small and seemed make do.
My main treatment was the facial and it was one of the worst facials I have ever had. The girl was a new recruit. I have had facials at many places across london and going by her hand movements alone , I could tell she was inexperienced.while trying to remove blackheads she literally squeezed my skin so badly that it was very painful and left red marks all over my face. Will never go back again.
The manicure was okay and pedicure was hurried up- all done by the same therapist.

Attended Soho Salon on a Wahanda deal. Very easy to book in and salon was empty when I got there (it was midweek though). Staff greeted me in a very friendly manner. Modern and sleek interior. My first treatment was a facial (no option for this in Wahanda's drop downs for this salon!). This was a little disappointing. The room was very small, it lasted 50 min instead of 1 hr and the promised hand massage during a mask never materialised. Instead I was left on my own for 10 minutes whilst it dried. Included extraction which is never relaxing but this was particularly heavy handed in comparison to other facials elsewhere. Haircut however was great. Very polite hairdresser, did exactly what I asked and finished it nicely. Great attention to detail. Would definitely return for a haircut but beauty treatments need to be refined!

I went to the salon this week to get a Crystal facial and an eyelash perm.
The staff were really friendly and lovely. The salon is quiet small, but very clean and pleasant.
The treatments were lovely although a little pricey, yet worth it.

Mixed feelings!!!
I wish I didn't feel this way as the staff were really nice and friendly, including the owner, Fernando but I also feel as if he manipulated the situation so that I was out of pocket.
I bought the £30 deal which entitled me to £100 worth of treatments. Had a semi-permanent color for £43 and a mini-facial for £30, which meant I had £27 left to spend on another treatment.
I specifically asked not to have a blow-dry after my hair treatment and was reassured by the colorist that I wasn't being charged only to find that I had!!! Left the salon feeling conned which was NOT a nice experience.
Sorry that I feel this way Fernando, esp as you so kindly gave me some echinacea as I was feeling unwell but it's the truth I'm afraid.
