Booked a spa evening for me and my wife. Meal was superb, much better than I expected for the price. The spa was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There were a few parts of the spa not working but other than that it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we have booked to go again very soon.

been before, so took my niece with me this time. She absolutely loved it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing is it was a little bit crowded even on a weekday. Overall absolutely beautiful.

I visited the spa with my mum, which included an overnight stay in the hotel. When we checked in (11am) we were advised the room wouldn't be available until 3pm and that we had been allocated a double room - not ideal, so we asked if they could make it in to a twin, this wasn't a problem. We then headed to the spa to sign in and collect our robes etc. The receptionist/therapist seemed very harrassed and busy and as a result we didn't get a tour of the spa lor told where anything was. We found the pool area disappointing, there weren't enough sun loungers to accommodate the amount of people in the spa and as we hadn't been shown round we thought this was the only place to relax, had we been shown the relaxation room earlier we would have retreated there earlier! We ate our lunch in the Ozone restaurant which we found expensive although it was very tasty! The treatment that we both received was a back and back of legs massage, even though we had requested back, scalp and neck. The MAJOR downside to the treatment was that there was NO music playing, i questioned this and was told they didn't play music! I found this was a major flaw to the treatment and that the option should be given to the client to decide rather than the spa. The massage was good, but I did feel rushed. We had made reservations to eat in the White room restaurant that evening and we were a little disappointed with it, it is a 5 star hotel and restaurant and didn't feel it was all up to this standard - although the souffle was gorgeous!! We also chose to have breakfast in our room the next morning and this was terrible, i've had better in a low budget b&b! All in all it was a nice hotel and spa in a really nice location (a stones throw from the sea/beach) but we wouldn't rush back.

It was very nice and the treatment was immense! Wouldn’t have wanted to have spent all day there and there was a room that was purely for relaxing that im not sure id ever use but that’s the only negative the rest of it was fab.
My husband also enjoyed his back massage and thought the rest of the visit was very pleasant and would go back again.

Had a lovely day. Treatments very relaxing. Things that could be improved on are, extra seating around the pool is needed as we often could not get a seat & the menu in the ozone restaurant was a bit limited for my taste
( very little for gluten free diet). Overall would love to experience the day over again. Thankyou

From the minute you walk through the door until the end of the day it is wonderful. The staff, facilities and food in the restaurant are all first class. The therapist I had to do the treatments was extremely good and I would not hesitate to recommend her. I will certainly be returning to Seaham Hall in the not too distant future.

Took my friend for her birthday. We had a lovely day relaxing in the pool and sauna's. We even managed to get out in the hot tub and that was divine. The lunch was superb and we were able to sit outside with our £11 glass of champagne. The treatments were as expected from Elemis. Never got body exfolite just massage and facial. Expected two hour treatment but didn't get that long. All in all it was a great day and would certainly do it again.
