First time at the Sanctuary, it was a lovely day out. Good location howwver very odd layout of palce and too many floors/stairs. The relaxation area with bridge was very relaxing and peaceful. We did the sleep easy therapt also which was different but helped us unwind and relax. Small sauna and steam for such a raved about palce. Overall it was a average day.

i think we were lucky to have chosen a day that wasnt too busy. Staff were great getting friend a robe that was comfy. Having to share a rasul mud treatment wasnt so great, no one would remove clothes or wear paper undies in front of strangers! the mud was different from a previous rasul in another spa, and didnt seem to dry on before the steam kicked in. For the price we paid i think it should be limited to groups of friends, rather than having to share with strangers!

was a bit pricey for food and drinks, which i think is unecessary as we would have bought more if the prices had been a bit lower.

some people saved chairs/beds even going to the point or removing someone elses belongings after a member of staff had cleared the saved bed for someone else to use!

overall a good day for the deal we had, wouldnt have liked to have paid full price though!

Was great value - and although the treatment I added was expensive it was very good. Was a bit crowded at one point in day but overall not too.bad. Cup cake and bucks fizz was added bonus.

What a perfect "Me Day". The facilities are 5*, not too crowded, the staff are amazing and the 35th anniversary cupcake and Bucks Fizz a great surprise, the food delicious. I've been coming to the Sanctuary for over 30 years it never disappoints. No where else compares.

Despite being on my own, my experience at the Sanctuary was thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable. A great way to unwind. Will not think twice for a return visit should the opportunity arise.
Staff were very welcoming and pleasant

place is lovely as are the staff who couldn't be more helpfull. it is a very relaxing day with wonderful facilities. My only gripe is the food which is very ordinary and overpriced. £10.95 for a chicken wrap that wasn't as nice as the ones you can buy in marks and spencer for £3.00. And how can a place located in Covent Garden be out of olive oil and olives?
Massage was fantastic , one of the best I have had. But beware the pedicure, nail varnish applied at 1.30, smudged horribly when I put my shoes on at 5 45.sadly I didn't notice until I took my shoes off when I got home or I would have gone and mentioned it.

We absolutely loved this spa! Place is absolutely stunning, wasnt too busy as we went on a weekday. Great to relax for a day, would definitely recommend it! The staff could have been a bit friendlier, but other than that, it was brilliant!

Spend an afternoon in the spa using evening bliss voucher. Facilities were amazing, exactly like on the photos and very clean. I was afraid that the place may be crowded, but it wasn't. 20 min mini facial was part of the package - it was quite disappointing and very rushed, I would not recommend it. Also sleep retreat was boring... Apart from that a great and relaxing afternoon.

Really nice relaxing experience. Definitly recommended! Place looked clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and very convenient to get a treatment after work to unwind.
staff were very knowledgable when enquiring about products used and treatments offered.

Really enjoyed this event! Was awesome to have a glass of fizz and nibble on a mince pie while I had a relaxing hand massage.
Was useful to find out about the different things on offer and didn't feel pressured into buying anything, which is something I have experienced with other 'open' days.
