I visited the Ulta at the Arlington Highlands and I can say I have nothing but praise for this salon!
There is a African American hairstylist named "Michelle", she is the best!!!! When ever I go there, she is so very nice and she does exactly what I ask her to do. Michelle is excellent in hair care, she will go the exrtra mile to see that your hair is healthy and strong. I highly recommend her!!.
