Nice deal but make sure you get all the items you pay for. Only after leaving did I realise I didn't get all I had paid for. Keep voucher with you and check.

Really nice, chilled out venue. The therapist gave me a great shave and facial massive. When I left I felt really relaxed and refreshed. Probably wouldn't go back at the full price, but with the voucher it was excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this - great place.

I was offered a Wahanda MobDeal voucher from my team as a birthday present at the Refinery for a shave. Since I have a beard, and had no intention of shaving it off, the spa was nice enough to exchange it for a 30 minute massage which I really enjoyed. My only regret was that it was not longer. The therapist was very good and the treatment rooms are comfortable and well appointed. My only comment is that the public areas probably need a bit of a refresh.

i bought this experience for my husband on a date night and he thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a very upmarket venue with helpful, friendly staff and a lovely setting. The massage therapy was very good and the additional gift pack was a bonus. With the special Wahanda rate, it was well worth the visit. Would definitely consider going again for a special treat.

Great place for guys, also if you don't take care of yourself very often. I got the Wahanda voucher for a massage and on the day changed it for a facial. The Refinery was very flexible which is great and get me back in. Good job!

My husband had an enjoyable experience at a men only spa. He found the massage very relaxing and took home a lovely gift set of products that he is using regularly. He will return to the venue to try the shaving.

I bought the offer (£35 for a 45 min massage and Refinery gift bag) for my partner who called and booked in together with a friend who also had been given the same deal by his partner. The therapist was unable to apply enough pressure during the deep tissue massage and he also got the feeling that since it was an offer they couldn't really be bothered. The products he was given came in a very nice looking gift set but upon trying them they had separated and didn't smell right. He would not go back again

My husband went (got this for him as a gift) and he wasn't that impressed. The therapist didn't give him that great of a massage and he told me the receptionist staff was rather snobby to him (despite going after work dressed in a full suit/tie). He told me he won't return...

Horrible pokey 'cubicle'. Paid for an hour got 45 mins. I bought this as a valentines present for my partner he was not over impressed to say the least. When he complained at the Refinery he was told the time starts the minute you walk in the door... thats a new one on me.

I complained by email to manageress who said if he popped back he would get 15 more minutes! Nice.
He wouldn't go back if they offered a free one. Be warned.

A very enjoyable experience with various different types of mud for face and body followed by a gentle steam. Then came the rain (not really rain) to wash off the mud. Shower and then lovely creams for the face and body. The free gift was a lovely bonus!
