The venue is close to my home and Ciara is always friendly but professional. The ‘mood music’ is irritating but in every other respect the experience is really positive.

The therapist Ciara is brilliant but the area hasn’t really been updated in the the last 20 years and is okay. The entrance sitting area where there were some loose tiles on the floor lifted up and could be a trip hazard which is disappointing for both staff and clients .

Ciara offers an amazing facial. She is so attentive and caring making the whole experience calming and therapeutic. I always feel and look much better after a visit to Ciara – her skill and experience at doing facials is very apparent and I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her.
