With a tranquil therapy room in Potters Bar and Brookmans Park, treatments can also be mobile and can take place in your home or office.
It all makes sense.
The massage was spot on with the right amount of pressure and targeting the areas I requested to be given more attention to like wrists, forearms, shoulders and calves. The 90 minutes went in a flash and I kept falling asleep which hasn't happened in years because usually my muscles are just too tight from massaging other people to give me a moment's rest!
If only I could have a massage at Orange Grove every week! Or maybe I should?
