Google Richard Etok before booking an appointment.
I was a client of his when he was a "dentist" (in the same building as The London Face and Skin Clinic) until he was suspended by the General Dental Clinic and his practice went into liquidation leaving me with a mouth full of metal and no recourse. There are a lot of others in my situation and many have paid over thousands of pounds.
The London Face and Skin Clinic website, testimonials and bookings look eerily similar to the facade I fell for last year.

Seems to have his own webpage too at http://www.richardetok.com/ I'd read the qype reviews of behind your smile http://www.qype.co.uk/place/2303414-Behind-Your-Smile-Richard-Etok-London before parting with any hard earned money to this man
Dr Etok seemed very professional and confident in what he was doing, so it made me feel in safe hands.
The clinic itself it's just one room in the building sheared with other practitioners. There is no receptionist, just a buzz in system at the door, so you have to call directly to the therapist, which feels a bit unusual when you visit first time.
But I got a good impression overall.

Easy to book an appointment using an on line booking system, and liked the fact I could been seen at the weekend.
The clinic room was clean, and comfortable.
The Dr was very warm but professional, and I felt that I was in safe hands. He answered all my questions, he explained what he was going to do and he gave written aftercare instructions.
After a week, I'm extremely happy with the result , and I would love to have more treatment here in the future

Absolutely love my Lash Perfect extensions! The therapist was great and gave me the exact look I asked for. The facilities were nice, and clean. Would definitely recommend and go again.

The treatment room is well appointed and the therapist took the time to ask what I expected from the treatment. My lashes look great, I'm really happy with them. Thank you!

I had my eyelash extension in this saloon and I 've been told that it would be for 3-4 weeks I had it done on 30th July and its been 2 weeks since that time and there is some lashes left only , I didn't swim not used mascara just take care of them as has been told. WASTE OF MONEY !!! If I would know I would pay more somewhere else. I had eyelash extensions before and I was on holiday for 2 weeks ,swimming every single day and nothing happened this time so dissappointed. I dont know how people can pay full price for such a bad job done :( The lady was very nice and saloon not bad just one room but ok.
I would never go there again and thought to coming back after leaving the saloon as first effect was really good.

Experience started badly when I arrived early, and kept buzzing at no. 7 but wasn't let in! It later transpired that you're supposed to enter via no1 Harley Street, but this isn't really made clear. I was let in finally by a client leaving, but I found the venue really poorly sign-posted and couldn't find the reception area, which apparently i would have been directed to had I entered via no 1... Anyhow the treatment room itself was lovely, and the therapist Lucy was absolutely wonderful despite my grumpiness! The treatment was very relaxing, and the results were absolutely brilliant. Best lash extensions I've ever had (and I've had a lot!).

I had the same experience when I arrived for my appointment. There was no indication on the voucher that you need to sign in at N1 instead of N7. I am surprised they still haven't sorted that out!
Very professional indeed. I was extremely impressed with the therapist - she talked me through the procedure so that I knoew what to expect and queationed me beforehand, making the experience very bespoke. I was delighted with the results of the eyelash extensions - better than I could ever had imagined

I went to The London Face and Skin Clinic for my first eye lash extensions in July 2012. The clinic was located in Harley Street where sounded a prime location for beauty treatments. However, when I arrived to the address stated, the reception was actually located in the next door (a corner) and then the receptionist told me which door bell was to press to get in to the next door. Staffs were nice and friendly including my therapist. The treatment room was in one of the rooms in the building that has had many other clinics or offices in the complex. The treatment room was bright and clean, the facility was good with chill out music and eyelash extensions were ok... However, there were few accidents - soon after the treatment, some of my natural eyelashes were sticked each other and I could not open my eyes for a while, therefore the therapist tried to remove those excess glue though, she accidentally dropped liquid glue remover into my eye and it stung my eye for a while. Although, the eyelash extension looked natural, individually glued to each eyelash and in my case, most of the lashes stayed for few weeks as promised. Therefore I really have a mixed feeling of the pros and cons. I hope the accients are just one off. For Wahanda voucher price, it was good value. Although, as it is natural looking eyelash extensions of length (not much of volume boost), the original price was a bit too much. Also, their oil-free mascara that I bought by their recommendation was not the best quality. It easily made around my eyes like a panda bear, so I had to find another better mascara. However, later I realised that, with eyelash extensions I no longer require mascara at all, so only a tiny bit of usage did not require eye make-up remover that may loosen the eyelash extension glue. Over all, ok.
