Why did we start this glorious business? Because we love to look good and feel good, yet can't stand a techno-pumping gym environment, and don't have enough time or money for hours of pilates or yoga personal training. To our rescue (thank goodness) comes our beautiful studio offering semi or private Power-Plate training, which gives faster results than any other form of training in the UNIVERSE.

We're not kidding, either. Our aches and pains in our backs, shoulders and necks have gone; our muscle definition in our arms, legs and bums have come. Fast. And my goodness, we can actually claim to have strong cores; some of us can even boast some washboard abs. Don't believe us?
