When you walk in the owner is welcoming and the energy is very good due to all the lovely crystals etc
However, the massage itself was not so great....i had to ask the therapist to apply more pressure and the method of massage did not seem effective.
This was my first visit to the Healing Rooms which is not far from Northfields tube station The venue is also a shop which sells crystals, Buddhas, jewellery and gifts.
The salon is decorated in deep reds and browns giving a cozy feel even though it is full of stuff and feels small, cramped and a bit shabby.
I had the antioxidant facial which was very nice. The products the therapist used were not a well known brand like Dermalogica or Decleor so I am not sure how good they are.
The therapist started the treatment without asking me any questions about my skin, allergies or finding out if I find anything uncomfortable,which I found odd. Her technique was good, plenty of massaging and some nice touches like hot towels and and a mini massage on my head before the actual facial.
For the price I paid I think there are smarter and nicer salons in the area so perhaps they should improve in the decor and use better known brands.
I bought the 3 body scrubs for £25 and it was only down the road which was perfect.
The actual treatments were fabulous although technique varied depending on the masseuse.

We thank you for your visit. The products we use are 100% natural products and suit all ranges of skin types. We are individual in style of decor and all fixtures and fittings are new as we are still in our first of year of trading. The choice of brand products we use work exceptionally well on our regular clients. Feedback is crucial as we contiually strive to improve our services. We regret we will not be changing our brand of products or the decor which our regular clients really appreciate.
This was simply a fantastic experience! It was very easy to find once you come out of the tube station. The staf were very helpful and accommodating considering I was late for my appointment. I was given a cup of herbal tea whilst waiting for my treatment.
The scrub itself was great. The therapist was very professional and made me feel relaxed. The room was dimmed and you could not hear any noise whatsoever outside of it. My skin felt baby soft!
I would definitely recommend and will be returning there
