I was gifted vouchers for a birthday treat and was thrilled to find somewhere local that offered medical pedicures. I'm not overly fond of my feet being touched and steeled myself in order to give my tootsies some love and attention they deserved.

Booking was very easy over the phone, the receptionist was very helpful and the great service continued as I stepped into the salon, early for my appointment. I was given the most delicious lemon & ginger tea (where did they find those teapots? They are so cute!) and a host of magazines to keep me company while I waited for my allotted appointment slot.

The treatment itself was perfect - my troublesome, sensitive feet were carefully attended too and the special foot spa chairs were very comfortable, too. My toenails were painted perfectly (still no sign of chipping 4 weeks on!) and it was also very nice to be helped back into my flipflops and helped down the step after such a deeply relaxing treatment.

I was thrilled with the entire experience and I am also very grateful for the advice given on suitable foot files. I also appreciated the customer service questionnaire despatched separately via email a couple of days later, and the personal message regarding my (positive) feedback.

When I go back for my next treatment I will make sure I get my nails done too! Faultless and well worth paying that little bit extra ...

I visited The Hand and Foot Spa after a friend recommended the place to get my hands and feet ready for a party.

After having both of my treatments, I cannot recommend this place enough. The Spa was immaculate which made a wonderful change from the usual high street places. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who offered me a herbal tea and took my coat. I was then shown to the pedi chair and had the most wonderful pedicure. The nail technician was an expert and my feet felt baby soft once she had finished and my toe nails were perfect. She was extremely professional and knowledgable and recommended some great products to use at home to keep my feet looking great.

My manicure was just as pleasant and once again my nails were transformed!

Whilst I appreciate the Spa is more expensive than some, I feel it is definitely worth the extra. It is clean, relaxing, the staff are experts and I will definitely be going again!

The hand and foot spa in Wimbledon Village is very clean and gives the air of somewhere very professional. Unfortunately I have had two sets of acrylic in-fills which were rubbish, I also had a set of permanent gel on my toes last year which went so horribly wrong I cannot tell you and although they did them again free - charged me for a pedicure! This place is ok but so expensive you'd be mad to go there as they are no better than anywhere else and soooo expensive.

Now this is the cleanest spa I have been to in a long time - The ladies there where all polite .
You feel so welcomed when you walk in - I had a wonderful full set of french acrylics with a lovely young lady I had to wait a week for an appointment but it was worth the wait .

Highly recommend to anyone

I've been twice to the Hand and Foot Spa (once in Wimbledon, once in Richmond) for the Medical Pedicure and have been so happy each time.

For me the most important thing about a pedicure are the results, and they are great at that. All equipment is fully sterilised, and they are able to do more extensive work than most beauticians, with proper cutting of calluses etc. Both times the staff have been very professional and my feet have come out looking far better than from past pedicures. Sweetly, they also call you the next day to ask how it went.

The only time I wouldn't necessarily recommend the medi-pedi is if you want a treatment for relaxation rather than beautification - the clinical approach and (in Richmond) slightly annoying pop music meant that this was a pleasant but not serene experience.

Despite this, it remains the favourite pedicure in London for me and quite a few of my newly-converted friends!

Oh my God. This place is the best! I will NEVER go anywhere else - they are so professional, so polite and I got the best set of acrylic nails I have ever had. They look so natural and so many of my friends have admired them. I also had Medical Pedicure and it was amazing, truly amazing!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone and they are all over the place seemingly.
The place to go for your hands and feet pampering.

I just visited The Hand and Foot spa today and I will not go anywhere else again. I received really good advice on my nails as, embarrassing to say, I sometimes bite them! The therapist took the time to talk to me about the best extensions for me, which turned out to be Bio-Sculpture and I walked out with natural looking extensions that look perfect for me!
The pedicure made my feet lovely and I was made to feel very welcomed. I couldn't ask for anything better and the entire experience was worth every penny!

I was absolutly devastated at paying £80!!!! for a new set of extenstions! I was aware that they were going to cost me £70 as this is was what the price list stipulated, I thought I would treat myself to a nice prefessional set of nails instead of going to the cheap and cheerful places, I really wish I had stuck with the cheap places. I received the WORST set of nails I have ever had!! The therapist made most of cuticles bleed she was so rough and was blaming me for it happening!
I am so so upset, I am going to complain further in the hopes to receive my wasted money back so I can these nails taken off and put back on somewhere else!
Shocking experience!
