Thank you for such a lovely relaxing treatment. I have never seen a salon that looks as nice as this one. I would defirecommend the glam lounge to anyone that wants a relaxing treatment in a beautiful place x

I purchased KGB vouchers as a treat for myself, after 5 attempts to arrange an appointment, which on each occassion was cancelled on the day i finally got an appointment i could attend. When i arrived at Glam lounge i wasn't greeted in a professional or friendly manner. The staff kept me waiting outside the main door, which has a blind covering the glass but you can easily see inside through the gaps. while i waited approx 10 minutes into my appointment time they continued to chatter between themselves in an empty salon. I then had to knock a subsequent time, which is when i had to ask to be shown in.
The standard and quality of the treatments was poor and the beauty therapists were not only unprofessional, but also rude. I was rushed through the two treatments which took place in the main room of the salon behind a covering door. The place was unclean and messy.
I asked to speak with the manager who also had a bad attitude and did not offer any apology or solution to the poor service.
I would advise that anyone steer clear of the Glam Lounge as i have since learnt that other customers have had similar experiences.
