After been caught in traffic we arrived just on time to get our booked treatments ,the staff made us aware they didn't seem impressed with us.
I rushed into massage which was ok therapist chatted a fair bit throughout though and felt rude to ask her to be quiet.
lunch was in a box which really was not pleasant. The pool area was fairly busy so not easy to fully relax. when we left as we was sorting out payment they made us pay for an extra massage as we thought the gift vouchers bought included massage each , no just the one .This we felt was not clear.
overall disappointed to be honest .
