I called last minute and was offered an appointment an hour later. The therapist was fantastic and the wax was virtually pain free. She was quick doing my full hollywood and even waxed the rogue bits that other therapists usually avoid. I will definitely be returning.

While the waxing service I receieved was good, the rest of my experience was terrible. My therapist who did my eye lash and eye brown tint not only managed to get alot of the dye in my eyes, she also got some of it in my hair (and I have blonde hair!). She didn't even noticed and I only realised when I got home. When I rang up the salon to complain, they were not very helpful but did promise that the next time I came in, my beauty services would be free and they would make a note of it on my file. When I rang up to book, the receptionist was extremely rude and refused to fulfil their promise of free beauty services (I was also going to get some waxing done which I was happy to pay for). The whole experience was extremely poor and I have since gone to another beauty therapist who is more expensive, but at least I know the service is going to be spot on!

This was very cheap wahanda deal and for the price it was good-i had a mini facial done. However in future i think i would pay slightly more for a longer treatment as the minifacial was good but over very quickly!

The facial was ok here at the Beauty Rooms in Hammersmith. My skin felt a bit better after the treatment. The staff were friendly. The facial didn't last very long though. It would have been a better treatment if it was double the amount of time.

I took my sister-in-law and niece here for a little pampering when they visited me for the weekend. I chose this venue because i had some Wahanda vouchers and they accept them here.

The treatments were of a good standard and both the receptionist and the therapist's couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. However the venue itself leaves a lot to be desired. When i first saw the place from the outside my heart sank as it looks like a tacky nail bar. I waited for the girls in the reception while they had their treatments and i noticed the floor was very dirty and the chairs dirty and tired looking. I was concerned what the treatment rooms were like but the girls told me they were quite small but clean and tidy.

Overall it seems like a good place to go for regular treatments as the standard is good and the staff are lovely but I wouldn't recommend it for ambience.

NEVER ever ever again!!!

Save your money and breath and e-mails and phone calls... I never got to book because in the middle of setting up an appointment the staff vanished!! no e-mails, which are the best way of communication for me by far, but also no pick up on calls when I started getting really worried why no one was answering my mails anymore.

Such a waste of my time and money.. of corse I never my money back. I'm so disappointed.

I had a lovely steam followed by a facial it was great, very relaxing, I wish I could always treat myself. Very easy location to find as it is close to the tube station.

That was my very first visit via wahanda and i did not know what to expect, how i would be treated coming in with the voucher. Surprisingly all the girls were lovely, professional attitude, felt like a princess. It did encourage me to buy and try wahanda again. So maybe this salon is guilty of getting me addicted to our great wahanda website ;) Thanks everyone at Beauty Essence, keep on doing great job... x

I had never heard of this salon before.

I found the staff friendly and the therapist did a good massage and facial. I didn't like the manicure, but was happy with the other two treatments.

the facilities were clean and well kept and they seem to have loyal clients. Hearing the phone conversations while i was having my treatment i thought the staff were very polite and to the point.

The Salon is small but well equipped. Staff are friendly and the 31% off Hollywood Wax Princess Package which was excellent value for money. Therapist was lovely and the waxing was done quickly and efficiently. Will definetely go back.
