Write A ReviewI went to the Chelsea Day Spa for pedicure. It was easy to book and they were able to find a slot for me on the nearest Sun. Many salons are closed on Sun so it was a very nice touch. The venue inside is very new and clean. My therapist was very good, I am very happy with overall result and with value for money (it costed me 20 pounds). The only disappointment was that they do not have any special chair for pedicure which is not ideal. I still would go back.

I went to the Chelsea Day Spa on Sunday. The space has been recently renovated, it looks very nice and bright. My first impression that it was very small. I expected it to be a full service Spa, but it was all in one room and I didn't notice any separate treatment rooms. My therapist explained that they also have space upstairs. Even thought it looked a bit tight.
I went for New York manicure. My therapist was very good and overall I was very happy.

This is a beautiful chic little salon up a little stairwell off the Kings Road. The perfect stop off for a beauty treatment after a mornings shopping. Spotlessly clean with a calming ambience the receptionist was professional and warm. Little touches like a jug of water and a bowl of apples on the side plus a film playing on a screen made all the difference. My manicurist was friendly and listened to what I wanted (short nails, square shape) and I left with a really good manicure which lasted a week. I will definitely go back.

Very disappointing. After being given this as a gift I was appalled to find it nearly impossible to make a booking. Weekends are fully booked months in advance, the vouchers have short expiry and the staff are hopeless to deal with. When you call they often ask to call back, then don't, and never have times to offer.
Would NOT recommend.

I booked 3 treatments for my boyfriends Mother, his sister and myself in August 2011 via a Groupon deal. It has been a farce since then. The earliest I could have us all booked in was 08/03/2012. Even then we would have to be seen hours apart. I did not deal with the spa directly but was required to call an 0845 number to speak to anyone in relation to the booking. Finally on the day of the treatments I was contacted to say that ALL 3 appointments had been cancelled due to 1 staff member being off sick. There was no effort to accomodate any of the appointments on that day and I was told the earliest I could expect to be rebooked was sometime in April. It was quite obvious that they were cancelling the customers who had been booked via Groupon. This level of service is shocking and very disappointing in an industry which aims to promote relaxation and well being. I would not advise anyone to book treatments here if the outcome you are seeking is feel taken care of and spoiled. Shame on them.

Nice salon directly on the Kings Road - very efficient and good therapist. Did not chat much but did a very good job with my mani, rarely had such a good one in London. Would return.

I really enjoyed going to the Chelsea Day Spa at the weekend. My manicure looked great, the staff were lovely and very professional and the whole experience was really enjoyable. It was good value for money and although I was the last client of the day, I didn't feel rushed out at all.
I'd definitely return here.

I always find the staff at Chelsea Day Spa to be very professional and friendly although note that its not a 'spa' spa, its more like a spa shop. There was a problem with the voucher that I had bought on Wahanda as I thought the wording meant 'Callus treatment and nail polish' however it actually meant 'Callus treatment when a nail polish is purchased'.
The receptionist accepted tjat my misunderstanding was valid and told the therapist to do a toe nail polish as well as the callus treatment.
The Callus treatment itself wasnt all that impressive. I do think that the therapist could have done a more thorough job but I wasn't complaining as they were doing more thamn expected.

The salon is very cute and the staff very friendly.
I had a New-York pedicure and the therapist was very thorough and professional. I would have expected a little bit of work on the rest of the foot rather than only on the nails but the result was impeccable.
I had it done 2 weeks ago and the nail varnish is sitll looking neat, even and glossy!

Delightful, small but perfectly formed spa in easy to find location. Staff were very pleasant and my manicurist was lovely. Softly spoken and attentive she has given me a first-rate manicure.
