Weekend away with the girls, had a fantastic time but quite a lot of time waiting around inbetween appointments as there are only two treatment rooms. However, the treatment was fantastic and we had a very relaxing day.

What a fantastic weekend for the money! We went as a group of 4 girls and from the minute we arrived were just so chilled. The treatments were excellent and with the extra 20% off were well worth the money. If I had any complaints it would be that the sauna and steam room were not aromatherapy and we got around the facilities very quickly (it would be hard to fill more than a couple of hours) but on a positive note all the facilities were clean and the robes and slippers were cozy.

The afternoon tea, champagne, evening meal and breakfast were all delicious and the hotel rooms were clean and well decorated.

I will definitely be returning.

I would tell my friends to go it was worth every penny. The staff were very good service was excellent,food was lovely. I would definately recommend it and will go back. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

From arriving to leaving all the staff were brilliant and made us feel welcome.
The spa facilities were clean and size was perfect we done in order hot tub, steam room, japanese foot spa, sauna and ice crystals. after that we went to order out afternoon teas to eat in the relaxation room and we were that chilled out and relaxed if we could float upstairs we would have done lol.
Our room was clean and cosy and had everything we needed in there.
The food was excellent and cooked to perfection for both the evening meal and even breakfast.
i cannot fault The Bridge at all and we will be booking again for future visits

Extremely good value for money - paid only £60 for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast with afternoon tea included.
Hotel having some up-grading done but did not inconvenience us too much. Though the plug-sockets in bedroom were not working the staff bent over backwards to rectify. Very friendly staff. Small spa but relaxation room great but only 3 beds which was a shame. Liked idea of only 12 at a time in Spa but no pool which I hadn't realised (my fault).

Food good but would have preferred a choice from menu (perhaps a £ amount spend limit) rather than just the carvery with only one choice of meat. Still not bad for price paid. Dessert delicious.

All in all would go again. Easy to find with great access North and South.

we enjoyed all the facilities on offer the sauna was supreme along with the foot ritual and the sauna . The champagne and chocolates were a lovely suprise to finish our treatment.

We stayed at the hotel for a bubbly spa break, it was fantastic! The offer was exactly as described. The facilities and food were great. Staff were friendly. I cannot fault this place and would love to go back. A great value offer too, hope they do it again.

The hotel was easy to find and not to far away from the places we wanted to visit, such as Harrogate which was a 15 minute plesant drive away. We arrived at the hotel half an hour early and were delt with very promptly by reception, they let us in to our room early.
The room was fantastic with a very large and comfortable bed, bathroom modern and clean.
We were slighty dissapointed by the spa staff on this occasion, we were asked to go to reception and a member of the spa team would show us to the spa. We did this and after waiting in reception 15 mins were showed to the spa 15 mins after are slot started. Upon arrival at the spa the therapist tod us that we were late and coudnt have our treatments. This upset us as we were late only because they showed us down late.

The afternoon tea was not offered to us at any point during the spa session. i had to chase it up with reception. They apologised and sorted it for us after our spa session.

Food at night was very good. staff very afficiant and profetional. same with the breakfast.

overall i would give the hotel itself a 5 star but some on the spa team were ess than helpful on this occasion. Would stay here again but miss the spa .

Spa facilities were lovely, hot tub could have done with a clean out and a clear of leaves from round the sides steam room and sauna were nice along with afternoon tea. Bedroom was basic despit supposidly being an upgrade to a club room. Bathroom was horrid mould alll over the ceiling and did not want to be in there at all so shower was not a pleasant experience when shower curtain stuck to you due to it being too short.

Lovely atmosphere and staff were most helpful. Afternoon tea was a real treat. Food was scrumptious and we felt almost regal sitting there in our gowns feasting. Disappointed we didn't get to try the hot tub as someone had puked up there the previous night. Although facilities were small, had all the essential components to relax.
