I went to this venue and had a deep tissue massage. The place is easy to locate, close to good transport options, with the additional benefit of free parking outside the venue. The practice is on a small parade of shops and appears to fit perfectly the requirements of the village. The reception is bright and welcoming, and upon arrival i was greeted and asked to complete a standard questionnaire. Without delay i was then taken through to the treatment room by the massage provider. The service i received was excellent. I would highly recommend this practice. Very professional.

Bit of a worry trying somewhere new, but have been for a couple of sports massages here now and am very happy to recommend it. Each session has been an education as well as treatment, amazing the difference the right advice can make - just wish I'd gone here sooner!

The staff here are extremely professional, but keep it personal as well with great cusomer service, which is makes a nice change.

This was my first colonic therapy and needless to say I was a little nervous! Nicole put me at ease instantly and got me through my embarassment. She was very thorough in explaining the process before the treatment, answering all questions I asked of her.
During the treatment you are on a comfy bed and your dignity remains intact with a towel placed over you. Nicole is clear and concise with her instructions, and is very professional, friendly and chatty throughout which relaxed me.
I would definitely recommend this treatment to anybody, especially those with digestive problems. I will be going back to have regular treatments.

This was the first time I had a colonic so didnt really know what to expect and was a little anxious. But my therapist was great, she was very informative and put me at ease very quickly. She talked me through the process and before doing anything would explain the steps before hand. She was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. This was a great offer and value for money with the voucher.

This is my second visit to The Bodyworks Practice and again I was satisfied with my Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment. Nicole the therapist was lovely and pleasant and explained everything in detail and offered suggestions to help me afterwards. I am due to go back next week and am looking forward to it.

Friendly, helpful, welcoming and easygoing staff. I have had colonics before; this was by some way the best. The therapist was engaging, informative, professional and thorough, such that I enjoyed the experience, as much as it's possible to do so! I was able to see what previous treatments have lacked. Useful dietary information was volunteered and there was obvious concern for my wellbeing as a patient. Recommended.

WAS really looking forward to my second colonic experience, and I was not disappointed. Although the Bodyworks is on the wrong side of London for me, the voucher value made it worth my while travelling an hour and a bit to get there. The venue is only a short walk from Banstead station so only took five minutes. I I was greeted by a receptionist, then given a two-page form to fill in, which took about ten minutes (so it was good I'd been told to leave time to do this before my appt.)
ONCE all the admin had been done, my therapist Nicole took me to a lovely-smelling room (i love aromatherapy oils :) and left me to get undressed, returned 5 minutes later to administer the colonic. NOT going into tooooo many details, the insertion procedure was painfree and simple to do, and Nicole made me feel comfortable and at ease - she also gave me a lot of other information, including a recommendation for magnesium to curb my chocolate cravings.
I was given the option to look at the elimination (using a strategically placed mirror) but the faint of heart needn't do so if they don't want to. Second time around, i knew what to expect and the process went quickly and without problem - I was really pleased without how much waste I got rid of, and left feeling lighter and with a lovely flatter stomach :)
