I booked an eyebrow tint online but when calling up to check whether I needed a patch test beforehand, I was put through to the call centre. I was then on hold for 45 minutes and then got the message that the call centre was now closed! Unbelievable that you can't even get through to ask someone a very simple question! I have never had this experience at any salon before - this is the first time I have booked to go to Bannatyne's spa and it will certainly be the last!

Due to work worries and having two children I often get very stressed and my body tends to become tense so my eldest daughter decided to spoil me by buying me a spa day. The atmosphere I was lucky enough to experience here was wonderful. Not only this but the staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would not hesitate to reccomend this spa to any of my friends of relatives and I very much looking forward to visiting this spa again!

We had a nice day out but we would of like a more intimating ambience. Would keep checking with Wahanda more offers but we will try to choose a smaller Spa.

As soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful, showing us where everything was. The towels, robes and free slippers were a great touch. We wanted to do a class, but the good ones are either first thing in the morning or the evening so didnt tie in time wise for us which was a shame. The pool, suana, jacuzzi and steam room were lovely, although if you'd prefere not to be surrounded by kids then avoid Tuesdays and Thursdays. The swedish back massage was amazing...so relaxing. The therapsit made us all feel comfortable and at ease. Would recommend Bannatyne Petereborough to anyone wanting a pamper day :)

This was my 3rd visit and I absolutely loved it. Went with my daughter as a treat before she went off to Uni. A lovely way to spend time with someone special. Will be booking another visit soon with my husband.

however, value was relatively good for 2 people...

A fabulous day for me and my friend. The back, neck & shoulder massage was to die for as was the scalp massage. Excellent value. Will definitely be coming back :-)

Booked in for a hair cut the day before my holiday. Staff were very happy helpful. Very paceful place to be. Had a great cut and my nails done. Fantastic prices...

my friend and i thoroughly enjoyed our visit. the class in the pool was fun and the hot rooms were fine, as were our treatments.
the only negative point was the type and variety of the drinks and food available at the cafe.
we are both vegatarians and my friend is a vegan. there were no herbal or soya drinks available and for a health spa not enough healthy options.
