This is not a spa. It is a gym, and an small gym at that.
There is a small fitness studio which holds 7 people for a class, a small gym with mainly cardio machines.
The 'spa' bit is not good...two small jacuzzies which fit 3 people in max. Two recliners crammed in down the side of the pool facing each other so you can relax with your Spa buddy. There's a small steam room and sauna and a decent sized pool for swimming, but not for relaxing.
To get a dressing gown and slippers and towel you have to pay an extra £2 per person, in the changing rooms there is only a combo shampoo, conditioner shower gel. No body lotion, no towels, nothing spa like at all.
This is not a spa it's a gym. If you want to go to a relaxing spa this should be bottom of your list. If you want to go to the gym, think about going here.

We arrive 5 min. late, hence our massage service were delayed by 30 min.
In that time we were offered tea - however no one explained much or offered to show us around.
Finally we were getting our massages, the Therapetist were amazing!
After that was done we were offered to be shown around, very quick tour.
Over all the facilities in the sauna and pool area are dated... but clean and well maintained.
It would be nice to give that area a bright color paint job then it would be a lot more open and inviting!
We did not use the Gym at all!
My friend and I enjoyed our visit and will go again!
For the price the value was ok......

Very professionally run with good facilities and quite relaxed. Pool very good and gym OK, and good relaxation areas, with snacks and coffee/juice. Easy to book and staff very helpful.

My girl friend and I visited the health club and spa. Now I must admit we were 5 min. late for our 1pm appt. so we had to wait 30min before we were taken in by a therapist. The massage was great the thearpist was quite good. The staff was ok not very attentative but not rude either.
The overall facility is ok a bit dated in the pool area and I am not sure why in the pool area it is not decorated a bit brighter and lively. We did enjoy our visit and we will certainly go again.

I went with my 2 friends on my birthday! It was a last minute thing and they did really well to fit us all in on a Saturday. The place felt a little bit dated, a bit 90's but the staff was really nice, the massage was sooo good, she was really talented and did an amazing job.We had a great time and it overshadowed the perhaps less that modern decor.

A friend and I spent a very relaxing day at this spa. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The facilities were good too and I spent most of my time switching between the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi! Both my treatments were lovely and each therapist was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I only wish I had found your website before I booked the spa day at Millbank! I would never have gone! I will never recommend it to even my worst enemy! I booked by phone -2 4 1 offer -but receptionist didnt know anything about it & asked for a voucher.I had to ring twice for an email confirmation -which I didnt receive.I took my daughter for her 1st spa experience & was very disappointed.Firstly I was told that the cafe was open for lunch (on the phone) but when there, was told that no it wasnt open at weekends! We had to then leave the spa to find a pret a manger ,a good 1/4 mile from spa for lunch-not a good start.Staff were nice although a male cleaner nearly fell in the pool ogling over my daughter in her bikini! He must have swept water in the same place for at least 10mins!!The changing rooms were damp ,smelly & milldew in the showers. No relaxation room to read in private.Small area around the pool.Slippers which were NOT complimentary (£2.00 for them& dressing gown & greyish hand sized towel)...were lethal to wear near the pool as SO slippery, you need flip flops(if you dare to go!) No classes fitted in to the times of our treatments ,I was not told this by phone & could find no info on the website. When we went to find a locker ,there was an empty bottle of wine in one!....later whilst sitting in the reception area following our treatments the cleaner asked if it was ours!!!Reception staff & therapists were lovely & the massage I had was good.its a shame it was spoiled by the dated ,cramped ,poor facilities...you may be surprised to say -Mr Bannatyne I will not be back & would NOT recommend it!The new name for it should be MILLDEW not MILLBANK!

We had a few hiccups with the booking process, and the reception desk was somewhat short staffed when we arrived, which meant we were left waiting for our tour and unable to get changed/into the pool etc) for a little longer than we would have liked.
Once we were 'in' the massages were brilliant, the pool and spa area weren't busy, and the yoga session was good, so a fantastic day of escapism all round.

very bad experience. went to the scheduled day that i confirmed with the main reservations office and when we got there from travelling far for this birthday spa gift,. we were hardly accommodated inside and waited 30 mins because receptionist asked us for A voucher.reservation office did not mention anything on what to bring on the day. we only had email confirmation on our mobile phone, which they asked us to forward to them,on which we had difficulty sending as their place has no network coverage. asked them if they can help us they said they cant. and if we insist on having the treatments we need to pay again which i found so annoyingly ridiculous. we had such difficulty. and when we eventually got in, the service was not at all good.
i will never recommend this place to anyone.

Venue was good but the treatment was appalling!
I think our treatments were the last of the day and the staff really weren't interested. The massage actually made me laugh more than anything. My skin felt like it was having a chinese burn and my neck was half heartedly pinched (the only way I can describe it I'm afraid) and the indian head massage consisted of my temples being pushed quite hard (which was very painful!) and my hair being tugged! It was the most confusing treatment ever! I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.
