On entering one of our five therapy rooms where you will experience elements of warmth, soothing music and delicate fragrances that conspire to create a sensual tranquillity. Our treatments will relax you and refresh your whole inner being.
Our Elemis Spa Therapy encompasses vibrant, active and exotic treatments to indulge detox and de-stress. The Bannatyne Spa Cardiff is also complemented by the B Inspired Hair Studio.
For those of you coming to us with for a pamper spa day we offer a great location with only a 15 minutes drive to the city centre. We are also based next to the Cardiff Lifestyle Park so as well as your spa and beauty therapy you can indulge yourself in some retail therapy too!

Excellent facilities and the therapist was very professional. This was my first time getting a spray tan and I was very pleased with the results, the therapist made me feel at ease and the results were a very natural looking tan, great in the winter!
