Deceptively small on the outside, once you are through the doors you can’t help but be impressed by the sheer size of the gym which comes complete with its own fully equipped boxing ring. In addition to lots of the usual bits and pieces you would expect, it also houses a separate Power Plate studio along with an aerobics and spinning studio which means almost 100 classes available a week for you studio bunnies.
If bulking up is more your thing then never fear, there is a large free and fixed weights area as well as a suitably impressive range of cable machines.
Most importantly the staff are not only friendly, they are knowledgeable too which means whether you’re a fitness novice or you’ve been working out for years you will feel at home.
And if it all gets too much they even have a fully equipped beauty area, what more could you ask for?
