The Wai Thai, a traditional Thai massage and natural face and body care centre, offers a wide range of wellness programmes which are performed by Thai expert practitioners.
The Thalasso Centre offers therapeutic, anti-stress, relaxation and beauty programmes include packs and baths with mud (fango), sea water, brine, sea salt and algae, and a range of massages.
The new Pilates Centre – LifeClass in Portorož offers holistic services designed to train not only your body but also your spirit. Selected movement on Kinesis apparatuses with aerobic breaks, accompanied by music and offering a complete intensive training. A pleasant space with state-of-the-art equipment and expert staff are available to all who wish to do something for their health and the beauty of their bodies.
At Terme & Wellness LifeClass Portorož there is a complex of indoor swimming pools with thermomineral water covering an area of 700 m2 .
Bathing in the swimming pools with heated thermomineral water is the ultimate in relaxation. You can abandon yourself to the underwater massage under the waterfalls in the big pool, or relax in the intimacy of the “stone cave” enjoying the pleasant view of tropical fish. The more demanding lovers of massage can enjoy the effects of water currents, underwater chaise longues and massage benches, or whirlpools.

We stayed at Hotel Slovenija and used the spa there plus the facilities at the Sauna Park at the Grand Hotel Portoroz which is even bigger and has an outdoors jacuzzi on the terrace with views over the seaside.
Great location with fabulous facilities, our hotel had seawater pools and jacuzzis and we also went along to the aqua gym classes which were all included.
Everything is spotless and compared to the poor hygiene standards in the UK Slovenia can really teach the rest of Europe how to pamper people in style. With the same glamour as Montecarlo (Portoroz has its own Casinos) but with the budget of a city break, Slovenia has it all.
