There did not seem to be any organisation in regards to appointments even though I had pre-booked. The massage was due to start 10 mins after I booked and then I was taken to room to find towels to lay on all dirty. Initially when I raised this she simply covered the part of the towel and then when I said I would want it changed. She agreed to change the towel and then I saw the base that covers the top of massage board was also dirty. I was told this must have been from the person before. I thought it was disgusting that they had not changed this either. I was no happy so decided not to have the massage as I was concerned about the hygiene!
I hope others have a better experience than I did as it ruined my afternoon.

Got to salon they were to busy to do my treatments , after waiting a while they apologised & said they were too busy today to fit me in & could I come back tomorrow

When I first walked in another customer was complaining about the service they were receiving. I’ve been here many times and each time gets worse and worse. My usual nail lady has apparently gone back to Romania and the remaining technicians can’t do nails. Your best bet is to go on Saturday when Tanyas there because she’ll do your nails nicely. Don’t go on Sunday and I’m not gonna be going back again. Very good on price though it’s just a shame quality doesn’t match.
