I went to suzanne for semi permanent make up on my lips. The lip line she done was very uneven and looked terrible. I had to cancel the appointment for the retouch as I woke up feeling very unwell and had to cancel on the day. She refused to give me another appointment despite the fact that she had cancelled with me previously and only gave me a few hours notice.
