Used salon for quite some time. Fairly happy with hair but then favourite stylist left and was given less than qualified or experienced replacement. Prices kept going up but service was going down. Owner never made you feel comfortable or valued customer even though used salon for over 10 years. Salon seems to be heading in wrong direction these days.
