Style and Tone is the first ladies only studio in Rednal, Birmingham offering a personalised fitness, image consultancy and colour analysis service to ladies who are looking to lose weight and tone up, as well as those who are looking for a complete new Image or some help in identifying styles and colours they can wear to make them look and feel fabulous.
On the Ground floor is a discreet fitness studio with a complete circuit of easy to use, air driven fitness equipment with a proven record in inch and weight loss. A private consultation area, a changing room, bag storage area and a shower facility complete the studio. There is also a separate stretch and free workout space, hand weights, stretch bands, gym balls and wobble boards together with a section housing the revolutionary Power Plate.
