Studio Ritz is a cozy salon that is very personable & I liked it. This was my first visit to salon after being referred from a co-worker in the industry. Lynda ( my stylist ) colored & cut my hair. It was a very refreshing & educating experience. She first started with a consultation by asking me questions to get a feel of what I was looking for. She was very thorough in the questions she asked and so of course I was immediately impressed because she actually listened to what I was saying about my hair. She looked deep in thought as she analyzed my hair & told me what she had in mind and the steps we would take. I felt comfortable and excited at the same time because Lynda put my mind to rest. She transformed my previous hair color that had shades of orange & green(which I did not ask for at another salon) to this beautiful rich brown color. She also gave me a deep condtioning protein treatment ,and a thinning hair treatment to make my hair strong & healthy.

Lynda transformed my whole look. I love, love, love my new color & cut. I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I look 10 years younger. I have very fine, curly hair and I had given up hope for it. Lynda has made me a believer that my fine hair could actually look fuller with the right cut & color and I'm so happy with my new look! I have expereinced that many other stylists never knew how to work with my texture hair and many suggested I should buy a wig! which is why I stated earlier I had given up hope with my hair. I recommend Lynda to not only friends but to other hair stylists & color techs. Not to offend others in the industry but Lynda can teach them a whole new way of understanding fine hair. As far as I'm concerned Lynda is a MASTER at what she does and I as a professional esthetician, and body massage therapist highly recommend her services and talent!

I've been a long time client at Studio Ritz, almost since the beginning. Ritzie and Lynda care about your experience, they want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and pampered. Of course it helps I work in the same building which is very convenient to stop by to check and see what other products they have on display. I've put my hair completely in Lynda's capable hands. She listens to what I need as in something that is easy for me to care for, otherwise she can decide to color or highlight or change the cut. I trust her completely. Ritzie always has made my nails look good, no matter what they look like when I arrive.

My mom has been straightening my hair for 17 years using Dr. Miracle from the grocery store. My cousin goes to Studio Ritz and suggested I do the same since my hair had been so badly damaged being it was not professionally being done. I had my consultation with Lynda and I had to get a series of deep conditioning treatments to repair my hair before I could have the "KERA SMOOTH STRAIGHTING" treatment. After 1 month of treatments I was able to get my hair straightened and I now have straight, shiny, healthy hair that does not look like straw anymore! I love my new hair and highly recommend Studio Ritz for this service.

With getting hair extensions for over 6 years now...I moved from Las Vegas to Chicago about 2 months ago and was in desperate need of a new "Hair Extension Lady" my girlfriend who wears "Platinum Seamless " Extensions immediately recommended Lynda at Studio Ritz because that is where is got these amazing extensions put in her hair. What convienced to get them was not only my gilfriends recommendation but these extensions are invisiable in your hair there are no -metal links, & no glue application(which I'm used to) and they won't damamge your hair! I have never heard of "Platinum Seamless" extensions before and have had a variety of different extensions put in my hair that caused my hair to break but... after my first consultation with Lynda I knew I had found my new "Hair Extension Lady". Being Lynda is certified in applying Platinum Seamless hair extensions I found my time spent with her was quit informative. She explained everything I needed to know to maintain these particular hair extensions and that there would be no damamge to my own hair, and why other methods of hair extensions are not as well suited for certain types of hair.

The whole process took 2.5hrs opposed to the 8hrs that I was used to with other extensions I can honestly say my new hair looks amazing everything blends in and it feels so light weight, I LOVE MY NEW HAIR! I am a long wearer of hair extensions and these extensions by far are the best! so since I had time to spare and Ritzie the nail tech was kind enough to squeeze me in for a spa pedicure, and no chip manicure, my look was complete from my head to my toes and I felt amazing. It's nice to know this salon cares about sanitation! something you dont' find practiced in allot of salons. Ritize was so on point with everything she did for me. And... then I had my eyebrows waxed and had a "Hollywood Eyebrow "enchancement done OMG! this salon offers many unique treatment services that I have never experienced and... I was just blown away! Since my time at Studio Ritz I have received a ton of compliments on how good I look and I 'm happy to refer business there way. The team at Studio Ritz hands down has been the best salon expereince I have had since leaving Las Vegas and goes beyond a 5 star rating.

The most amazing salon to go to is Studio Ritz. I was referred to this salon by my girlfreind who is a client of there's and always raves about it. I received my haircut from Lynda who I found to be a super friendly and very geniune person. After my conslutation she shared with me a bit of her background... she has been in the industry for 32 years and is a "Platform Artist" that travels to 60 cities throughout the year to teach her cutting and coloring techniques. I knew I was in exceptional hands. Lynda explained everything she was going to do with my hair and made me feel quit comfortable thru the process. When my haircut was finished it fit my face like a custom made dress except it was my hair! She used several different cutting techniques that I never experienced or seen done before it really was an amazing experience. After my new haircut & color transformation my husband even commented on how good my hair looked! There isn't a day that goes by that I don't get stopped and get a compliment on my hair so if your looking for someone who is a super talented hairdresser with a great personality then go see Lynda at "Studio Ritz" I would follow her anywhere! she has definitely found a permanent client in me.
