Stripes is Derby's Fitness and Personal Training Gym with a difference. Unlike other Derby gyms owned by businessmen, Stripes is a Derby Fitness facility owned and run by Trainers. At Stripes we have a small intimate membership of under two hundred people as compared to the thousands at other larger Derby gyms. With four staff trainers, you can see how everyone gets a very high level of attention.
The strength of Stripes is it's staff and members. It's all about people. Our members know that we care about them and with that knowledge they are able to achieve their health and fitness goals much quicker and at a higher rate. Stripes is like a home away from home. We keep snacks at the gym just in case members have forgotten to eat before they train. There is always a wonderful pot of coffee brewing in the kitchen!
