The Marine Spa at St Brides has been specifically designed to reflect its seaside location. Perched on a cliff top, the spa has a double treatment room and wet relaxation lounge with floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking the harbour and the sweeping golden beaches of Carmarthen Bay.
The Marine Spa concept is enhanced by the specialist Thermal Suite and Vitality Pool aspects of the spa which are available to book as a 90 minute treatment. The Thermal Suite is all about sequential bathing through a series of rooms with various temperatures and essences including a Salt Infusion Room, Sensation Shower (where you can choose from Tropical Rain, Cold Mist and Gush Shower options), Aroma Steam Room, Rock Sauna and Ice Fountain.
Beyond the Thermal Suite you will find the Vitality Pool which is heated to body temperature and has a reclining air lounger where you will be suspended on a bed of air bubbles looking out over the infinity edge. When the tide is in, you have the optical illusion of the pool blending into the sea. These aspects of the spa make St Brides a true destination Spa Hotel.
